Bill was very helpful. Midas replaced by headlight. He gave me a no charge for the service. I've used this MIdas before but this service was just great.

I have been using this particular Midas for several years. I have always been treated fair and received expert workmanship and feel safe and confident when I pull away from their lot.

As I mom I am extremely helpful to younger people. A young man at the location was extremely concerned and worried pertaining to the cost to repair his vehicle. I encouraged him to talk to his parents and get a 2nd option for comfort. Bill/Service Manager was upset and ask me to never come back to the location for service, I surely won’t!!!’nn

The associates recommended that I not only have the oil changed, but that I also receive a free tire rotation (which I did) and have two tires replaced (I may do that sometime in the future).

They really help me understand what good service I would get from them I had no issues with Midas the warranty company I had would not help me with the repair

let the customer know that you do not patch the tire from inside. plug is used which can be purchessed at at store. also have tech complete job untill finished. tire was not properly inflated to spec after tire plug.

I dropped my car off after it kept stalling out and they made sure that everything that needed to be fixed was fixed and it was done in a timely manner.

I never got the oil change. I was told I had to pay for an oil change with synthetic oil and they refused to use standard oil.

Keep the customer more informed on service and look for other issues with vehicle answer customers questions other than that they do good work.

COMMUNICATE! There was NO communication with me from the manager, Bill nor was there communication between Bill & the service techs! Bill also forgot to order the major part needed for my car which landed up inconveniencing me for 2 days!
