Very satisfied with the Waterford Midas Store on Dixie Hwy. Work done in a timely period. Funny thing, the next day Midas offered various discount amounts, guess I was a day late, and the facility may not have been aware of the next day offer, not there fault.

Robert was very patient with me when I changed my appointment at least three times and listened to my description of the symptoms the car was exhibiting. Also checked for things under warranty to bring the cost down. Thank you to Andrew that offered me a ride home while the repairs were being completed so I did not have to sit at the shop the whole day. He also offered to arrange transportation back to the shop when the repairs were completed. Chris the mechanic completed the repairs on time and efficiently. All employees were very helpful and courteous.

I have been coming to this Midas location for years now and through two different owners. They have taken good care of my old car. I wasn't expecting the work that needed to be done on the exhaust, but they explained the situation and got the work done as quickly as possible. Andrew, the current manager, is very nice.
Had a front end alignment done. Steering wheel was straight upon drop off. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed the steering wheel ofset to the left while driving in a straight line. Noticeable the more and more you drive.
Part of the services I was supposed to receive was a tire rotation. I know for a fact this was not done because I marked my tires before I brought the vehicle in for service; a tire rotation was never done.SMH

Complete the work paid for. Be honest. Do not lie. When asked if tires were balanced, although I knew they were not as I stayed and watched the work completed, I was lied to straight away & told it was. The tire pressure indicated it was not as well.
I tried to make an appointment online but it was never confirmed by email or text (I only got the email that said it would be confirmed in 30 minutes). So I called the location and was able to still make an appointment for the time that I wanted. Everyone was very nice and I was in and out in no time.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and also requested they review the tire pressure. Especially in the rear as my indicator was on that it was low. It could've been that it was cold. When my vehicle was completed I paid and went to leave, but my indicator for low tire pressure was still on. I went back in and was advised it will likely turn off after a couple miles. It never turned off and I tried to reset when I returned home. When I got back in my vehicle this morning, the error was still there. Maybe the sensor is gone I realize that is a possibility. I felt that my concerns were not warranted and they did NOT take care of my issue.
I thought the experience was good, I hoped it solved the problem, but rust in the brakes, ugh.

took to midas a month for brakes, it took care of 95% of the problem but still had a slight pulsation, so after a month i took it back stated it has a very slight pull the pedal is fine i can feel the whole truck do a slight pull like a warp disc.. so its looked at and the outcome is a warranty repair need drums, I just had them replace, so i had to reschedule for next day. I take truck in and after 1 1/2 im told back are fixed but your problem is in the front you need all new its 514 bucks... Im like ok why wasnt this caught last two rounds. anyways got it fixed works great.. I though when you take a vehicle if for brakes that all the way around would have been checked validated / inspected etc.. not sure what happend this trip.. yes im still a return customer, i just didnt under stand why it was missed?

My car needed a fuel tank, I knew it wouldn't be cheap, was quoted 1400. When I paid it was only 1000 because they were able to reuse some of the parts. Communications with staff was awesome. Service performed in a timely manner

I have taken my vehicles to Midas for years. They lost my history and refused to honor the brake pad rebate of $75, stating I would need to produce my receipt proving my brakes had been done by them. They had no brake history at all for my vehicle, even though last time I had brakes done, they had found the history and given me the discount. On the phone while discussing the fees, I was told the $75 would come off the total fee because he would find the history, when I arrived the fee was much higher than had been quoted, and he repeatedly told me that they would be glad to give me store credit of $75 if I produced my prior receipt. My brakes have been done there always. I am in shock there is no history of it. Store credit of $75 means nothing since I probably won't return. I was in a position of having to pay the addiditonal fee to receive my vehicle, and I feel he should have honored the brake pad policy since it is through no fault of my own that the system somehow lost my history. Unheard of. I am very disappointed.
