I have been going to Midas in Apple Valley for over 25 years. I have brought in countless other customers. The leadership between John, Tim and Tod is the reason I always return. If there ever was a problem, we reach a fair result. Sometimes in Midas favor and sometimes in my favor. As long as they are there and I am driving a vehicle, I will continue to use that Midas. Your tire prices are a bit too high though. Once in a while I will even bring a morning snack due to their great service.
Their customer service is top notch while the pricing for services rendered is very fair.
The associates that work the front of the business are Top Notch, very knowledgeable and friendly to the customer.
John, the service manager, first explained the process, then informed me of the work in progress and finally, options for a solution. I chose to have the service done that day, and while waiting, I watched John and mechanics treat customers, and each other, very professionally. Bravo to the staff at Midas Apple Valley, MN.

Staff was very kind, had unexpected car problems and didn't have an appointment, they called and said they would squeeze me in to scheduling and were very accomodating to what times would work for me. Staff explained to me what was wrong and what my options were. They didn't pressure me into any purchases but did give me some advice as to what would fit best based on my scenario.
This is my 8th vehicle I've had Midas taken care of. I have been going to this Medias shop for over 20 years. When you have a mechanic, you trust and is fair in pricing you tend to stay with them. I don't always get great deals, but I have never been screwed at this shop. The training of new personnel is something to be admired. The group works as a well oiled machine. This shop is like family.
