Staffing did their job exceptionally but could be a little more welcoming.

I always get great service when I go to any Midas and treated with respect. I scheduled an oil change and they offered to rotate my tires too, which my car needed but I didn’t realize it was a free service they offered. Did a full check on everything too and I was out in 30 mins!

The work was done in a timely manner. The original quote was very high, the final bill was much lower. That was good and bad, the original number almost made me think about junking the car. The final bill was low enough to so that I could afford to keep the 10 year old car running. I have had some things go wrong with prior service, but this time everything went well.

Staff at this Midas facility are just the best!

I came in to get my front brakes replaced. The staff was very friendly and funny! They took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and any future repairs I might need. They did a free diagnostic of my vehicle which I was very grateful for and honestly needed with all the potholes and dings my car went through these past few months. They did not waste my time, or try to overcharge me with ridiculous fee's like they did at Toyota. The price was also very fair and I was given a $50-$100 discount toward the total, which sealed the deal even more! Will definitely be coming here for all future car services, and plan to recommend them to my family as well!

Bought a newer truck recently and getting ready for a long road trip I wanted my truck to be looked over a bit before I hit the road. Although I have a service contract with Lincoln of Bloomington, after trying for a week to get in with no luck what so ever, I was able to get in with Midas right away. They pointed out a couple things and was pleased with the service. Since we've moved to Bloomington We've been seeing these guys on a regular basis, My wife brings her car in so...I like these guys!

This Midas shop got my vehicle repaired, and running smoothly. The front brakes were grinding. Needed new rotors, and brake pads. The price of the repairs was much, much cheaper than the cost of a new vehicle. Thanks!

My car is never leak anything I have a 2015 Nissan Versa and they didn't tighten the bolt and for all I know they cross threaded it! Oil was leaking out everywhere!
