Like a lot of service industry pricing , the cost of labor is ridiculous. $195/hr is highway robbery in my opinion. I know the average mechanic in Minnesota makes around $30/hr. The rest is just corporate greed. Between the mark up on parts and the huge mark up on the labor there is just no other conclusion I can come to. But hey good on you. Everyone else in the service industry is falling into step. So instead of Midas being an industry leader and not falling victim to corporate greed you decided to bow your head and say yes I want all the money I can grab. I can't fix my vehicle so I am forced to use other outlets, as are many others. I know my rant will go unheeded and pushed away because we humans don't like to be shown when we are in the wrong, I just wanted and needed to voice my opinions. That is exactly it, It's my opinion. You did ask though what I thought. The mechanics did great work.

More effort should be made to insure that a replacement part is required before asking for additional payment. The vehicles alignment did not require a replacement camber as the bolt configuration is fully functional OEM.
