The price of services, specifically oil changes seems arbitrary. There’s always a coupon, but the price of service, even including a coupon is always over $75. This is insane… service is great, but the cost hardly justifies it.

This is the best mechanic service I have ever experienced. Took it in for an oil change and they text me a report and there was a loose tie rod and wheel bearing. I called them immediately, they answered immediately and had it fixed in less than 24 hours.

Loved the fact that I could make an appointment online for the same day! I had to wait but it was unclear how long it would take - I expected 1hour but it took longer then 2

The owner manager, Dave was extremely polite and delivered exceptional customer service. He also treated his employees very well, and seems like a great asset to your organization.

A $59.00 coupon for a full synthetic oil change was really a $90.00 oil change. I didn’t feel like I had a discount at all. Misleading coupon.

Very quick response to my appointment request with a date and time for my oil change. Once complete, they provided a list of any other issues and sent a thorough quote for services (new tires and replacement) if I was interested. They were not pushy and di a great job.

They have serviced and repaired my car for over 10 years. No complaints at all in all that time. Very easy to take care of business, friendly, accommodating.

Adam explained everything to me either verbally or texting the estimate with pictures of my brake pads. They test drove my car to determine everything was satisfactory at the end because of my exhaust system problem. He called me to make sure I received the text and to explain the services I needed to complete the concerns with my car. He was very thorough and professional.

I was impressed by the young man that took my order and the thoroughness of his discussion of the process and fairness of his support. I brought my car in for service and it was quickly in the garage work completed and ready for my billing. This is my third use of Midas and I will continue to use your service for my cars!

A mechanic got oil all over the top of my car, the hood, and the windshield. They did not clean it off.

I was concerned about excessive engine noise and possible transmission issues when I brought my car in. Fortunately it was due to a couple of loose belts - no major issues. The overall price for inspection and an oil change was only $75 - very reasonable

Very nice associates, professional and I wasn’t talked into services I didn’t need.

I have used this Midas location for over 15 years and have always been satisfied. I have never had a problem. Some things Midas has recommended be done I have not done because I thought I could wait a while longer to do them or I felt the price was high and had them done for less money at other auto repair shops.

I usually receive a check off sheet to see my trucks status after my oil changes. Also, the associates left my car unlocked in the parking lot for multiple hours after finishing my oil change.
