Professional service wail I was waiting.

The staff were terrific. They got me in right away, conducted a full analysis, and clearly explained the options for taking good care of my vehicle's maintenance.

I always change my own oil but couldn't because I had surgery. I made my appointment online, showed up and was on the roar in about 40 minutes. Service manager was very friendly and took care of me well. I usually don't see service like this. Only gave 9 stars because I change oil myself.

All the way from scheduling the appointment to driving away was great. At drop off they confirmed phone number and what was to be done- during the process they found something of concern and contacted me right away with an estimate already- when I called to talk about it they were so nice and thorough, giving me time to understand it. The pick up of the car was smooth and easy. The staff seemed to enjoy where they work. Ive been going to this location for many years and couldn’t recommend a better place!

I have been to this Midas several times in the last year. The person who answered the phone was polite and professional. I think he's the same person that checked me in (I don't remember his name). He is very positive with other customers too! I really love the pictures and recommendations! My parents were self-employed auto mechanics and the honesty at this Midas is top notch!

I did oil change 6/19/2023 but the oil life status in car’s dashboard was 0%, when I enquired about it, I was told that oil was done but missed out to reset the status, then it was reset to 100%. I have booked an appointment for oil change today and they said that last oil was done on 4/1/2022 and no record for 6/19 oil change. I was so disappointed that oil wasn’t changed, when I enquired the person again, he was saying that oil was changed but missed out to update carfax and system records. I asked why it was missed out, he was talking very rude. This is not the way to treat customers. I am a genuine customer for Midas for more than 4 years.

I had my oil plug fail after getying an oil change. Even though it was two months ago Midas made it right by getting a tow and replacing the plug.

They’re very specific and detailed about what’s wrong, explaining why it should be done and any items that don’t need to be done now, but could be just very informative.Not much to improve on wish the prices were a little cheaper and put some diet pop in the fridge please

Just because cars take full synthetic oil, doesn't mean that the whole oil change process should be $50.00 more than the regular oil change. I was only expecting to pay $24.99 ,but paid 3x as much. Just because of the oil, too much.

This Midas has not had the punch cards to punch for the service for MONTHS! They did not have them for my previous service either. They said corporate sends them and they have not received the punch cards for some time. The did not even indicate that they would contact corporate to get the cards. Not good.

I’ve been going to this Midas for years, and have never had a place I have wanted to return to as much as I do here. It’s not even that they are friendly, which they are. It’s that they are so extremely considerate, fair and honest. I took my car in this morning. Called 1.5 hours before my visit asking if I could get in earlier because I had a busy day. Their schedule was tight so I couldn’t. I kept my appointment and went in 10 before 9. (10 minutes early just in case). I told them I had an appointment at 9:45 for something else and was hoping the visit for just an oil change would be fast. This statement AFTER they told me in the phone 45 minutes to an hour. Knowing I would be quick, they got me into the first bay that opened up, and I was done 20 minutes after that. My over booked morning was nothing of their concern, but they made it theirs to help me out. This is one of many reasons why I will ALWAYS give this location my business.

I have a special modified van and they have done some welding work on it in the past. My normal mechanic said I should go to them because they had a welder. They did an awesome job this time as they did in 2019. They were very helpful and friendly.

I came in for an engine air filter change after I had changed my cabin air filter myself at home. I had a problem putting the damper back into the glove box. Tech said he would take care of it but now the glove box will not stay closed. He said the damper was not in great shape but he would do his best. Sort of irritating having the glove box open randomly while driving.

So I had my catalytic converter stolen. An issue that was not my fault, and left me with no working vehicle. Dealing with insurance and having to get a rental car helped things, but it wasn’t a super great experience. The repair wasn't completed properly and the issue recurred within a few weeks. After having them check it over they told me that almost the whole engine needed to be replaced, a second opinion cleared this up and I was made that their repair hadn't stuck and that they really didn't know what they were doing.
