This is my go to location when I'm in town. They always tell it like it is and won't bs you. They are fair and tell you what you should fix and what can wait. I appreciate that. I feel I can always trust time.

Take both our cars here and have for the last 3 years. Have always been treated great and employees are helpful. Work is done quickly and will be coming back for years. Appreciate the people who work there!

There seems to be a consistent trend of adding services that quickly overinflate the bill. Based on the messaging given these services are necessary to resolve the problem, but something doesn't feel right. We were considering moving to a new shop. Fortunately, Nate caught the gap and addressed it. We have always appreciated working with Nate and had full confidence in his service when he ran the shop. It seems that things are going sideways as he has moved new managers into running the shop. We are hopeful that things can get back on track, so we can regain our trust and confidence in this shop. That would allow us to more confidently recommend this shop to others.

I tried to set up an appointment through the website. The gentlemen I spoke to quoted me a price for 4 pads and 4 rotors at about 500 - 600 dollars. I asked him if that is for the whole set and he said yes. I finished making the appointment from the website. When I got to the store they had no record of an appointment. I told him I spoke to Tommy and the associate said no one there is named Tommy and I probably talked to someone at the call center. I was then told that the quote for 500 - 600 dollars was per axel. I had to get the brakes done because they were low but I was very disappointed on the price especially because I had a quote from another mechanic shop for much less than I ended up paying.

I have been going to this Store for at least 14 years Lee and his team have never lead me astray. I trust them and believe as a woman I have been treated fairly. They have maintained 3 vehicles for me. This whole team is great.

Because they fixed a problem that happened during my last service, for free. They replaced my oil pan because the previous Midas employee over tightened it, so they had to break it to change my oil. It took longer than anticipated but the communication was great.

The absolute best service and most respectful team there is in the Twin Cities. I had my favorite vehicle serviced by them for years (2010 model, purchased 2015-2022), after it was totaled (2022), I had them check a new to me used vehicle (2013 model) during purchase and they were straight and honest with everything. No over charging, no "it could use this", and most importantly (to me) complete respect and honesty. They even spoke directly with the dealership on my behalf. This team goes above and beyond in every single way. From management, to front desk, to mechanics, I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Lee and team, for being a safe space in the vehicle world. (Also. If you're kindly asked to be on hold for 5+ min, know it's because all of their customers get the same undivided attention)

It was frustrating that I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. It took them 4 hours to even look at it. Luckily they were able to get it done before I had to have my car back, but it was expensive and made me wonder if I got a good deal.

We were able to schedule and get our pickup into service since is was needed everyday. When we called, manager answered using my name (neme resolves) and listened to my description of the failing sound and let us bring the vehicle in for service on time requested..Very pleased the work was done almost immediately.

The front counter person was not customer friendly.Also the repair took longer than expected and the tech that put the tires on seemed to be put out by doing his job. He drove the vehicle up to me gave me aside look and walked away with out a word.
