The employee who greeted me and talked with me about my car was extremely kind with great customer service. As a younger single woman who doesn't know much about cars, there is naturally an anxiety that carries for if I will try to be sold something I don't actually need or things won't be explained well - but I felt cared for and communicated with really well. I usually go to different places looking for the deal at the present time, but I honestly plan to return to this Midas in Roseville, MN again because it was an enjoyable experience. It was easy to work remote in the time I was there using their space and wifi and enjoy a few drinks available.

We asked if we could bring the car in with a call at closing , but brought it in without a reservation early the next morning. We told the service manager we were willing to leave it over night if necessary. He said they would take it and try to work it in during the day and would call use with details. Within 2 hours they called with what was wrong, we said go ahead and we had it back in our garage at home before noon. They could have prolonged the stay and it would have been easy to jack up the price with what we suspected was wrong. Instead it was done quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable price, which was far below what we thought we would have to pay. We will definitely take advantage of Midas service in the future. They totally missed my actual transmission problem when I explained the noises and feel in my car and did unnecessary brake work instead. They are constantly pushy, condescending, and generally rude.
