I was stranded on the street without a phone and a vehicle that would not start and groceries in the back. After knocking on 4 doors, someone finally helped me and I got in touch with Midas. They referred me to a tow company who arrived in less than 1/2 hr. I was offered a ride home by Midas.They called promptly with an update and how to proceed. Within 2 hrs. My car was fixed and delivered to my home. What more could you ask for?
Scheduling a next day appointment was very easy. They sent pictures and a price breakdown of everything that needed to be completed. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am and was driving by noon! Overall it was a great experience. I will be a returning customer; Also love that tires have a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend.

I told them I already knew all the problems I had with my car that they didn’t have to do inspection because I already had one at another Midas. I had to start my car every day because I had a bad battery in it. Never had a gas leak until it went to this shop and had any problems with it starting every day. I get my car back I have a gas leak and it’s hard to start. Now they want 778.00 to drop the tank and 111.92 for new gas line. I have other people that started my car and can swear there wasn’t a gas prior to it going there. My son after he put in the battery and his girlfriend and tow truck driver and my mom and sister.
They did what I went there for and didn't pressure me to do more. Were quick to add on my additional requests.
Using Midas for years, great service
I was checked in at the exact time of the appointment. The inspection went soon after and that was it. It took about 30 minutes from in to out.
Everyone was friendly, honest, respectfull and direct.Did took long to fix it.They explained everything to me.Easy to check in .Easy payment proces.They showed me the bad parts.
This location gave detailed information and instructions for my vehicle that I was not aware of. The price was reasonable and I learned with an oil change I will received tire rotation at no cost.

Do what you advertise. I do not feel comfortable that the other services were completed or not. The front right tire was serviced as the tps was supposed to be replaced. But if change why would the tire air pressure level be the same as before the change(above the prescribed rate). If the tire rotation was part of the service, why would the tire be in the same location

It took a little longer than I had been told and expected. In Midas' defense though it was very busy.
Dropped off my car at 11am and had a appointment for 1pm. It did not get completed until right before closing. Worst of all was there was no communication. I had to call at 3:30 to see if my car was ready for pick up and the person said the oil is currently being changed right now. I was not in a rush to pick up the car either but I figured they would’ve had it done long before closing time. If I didn’t call then I would’ve not had a car to drive until Monday when they opened. 5/10
The counter persons were knowledgeable and friendly. Kept me updated and offered me beverages. I didn’t meet the mechanics but the work was excellent. My car runs like a new car. They found brake problems while working on muffler problems and fixed that too. I waited for my car. What I noticed while I was in the waiting area was how the counter workers worked with and treated their customers. Many of the customers were repeat customers. I am terrible at remembering names or would add them all in this message. I was happy with my work so I set up another appointment the next day for a timing change replacement. I had told them any day would work because I am retired but they got me in the next day.

Pay attention to what a customer says. I asked for my tires not to be aired up. They aired them anyway and they were all at different psi levels. I asked for my front pass. side not to be aired because of a problem. They aired it the most. After having a conversation about why not to air it. Dissatisfied with that.

I first had an appointment for a private party sale inspection. Todd was able to give me a time the very next day. When he called me about it, he called quickly and was highly professional. He told me what he recommended I should fix right away and what could wait. The estimate he provided didn't get inflated after the work started. To top of my visit, when i picked up the car, they realized one other thing needed replaced. Todd had it there and finished within an hour. The entire crew at Midas is always very nice, polite, and helpful. They almost make me feel like it's my dad or my brother working on my car. I trust them and it's never steered me wrong.

My cat converter was stolen, and the shop was closed for the day. It was Saturday, and we are from WI. Luckily, Doug Horning was still there, and he was very helpful and calming. They couldn't do anything till Monday, so he set us up with a loner car. The converter was replaced by 4:30 on Monday And we were on our way home. Thank you, Doug and Midas.

Midas fixed my brakes but they still groan and make noise, when i brought the car back in they said... "Your brakes are fine." I am very frustrated. I am going to have to get someone else to fix my brakes.
Because I had a transmission put in and now I’m back on the rode.
I was in a hurry to get the exhaust repaired and Midas was the only professional place that could get it done on short notice!
While I was sitting in the waiting room, Midas sent a text to my HUSBAND about the vehicle inspection. The sexism and patriarchal paternalism of this was staggering. And before you ask, it was MY phone number, not my husband's, on the account.

Dropped off car at 1:30pm on Friday. Asked another customer in the lobby how long theyve been waiting. He said 1.5 hours and he had an appointment for the oil change. I was supposed to get a call back after my car was inspected before end of business day. Called them 20 minutes before they closed. they will do the inspection the next day, had to leave car overnight. Shop did a full vehicle inspection.
I did uber inspectin at midas .The guy at the counter **** me off. My break and rounder is still good they want to change and and another 2 staff need to change . They charge me $500. Them I go inspection another repier shop they say I don't need to fit no

Came for an oil change my car was fine nothing was wrong with my car two days later my cars running hot and they say i need a water pump....wow and on top of that i couldnt get my hood open....I've gotten a oil change at walmart and they never said anythin

Called and was told to come over and I didn't have to wait. Service was efficient and very friendly. Waiting area was neat and clean with coffee. I'm so glad I found Midas and I don't have the feeling they are trying to take advantage of me.
