I have been a regular for years and have always felt pricing to be fair. However, this time, $690.00 for oil change and one set of wheel bearings seems outrageously expensive.

Midas installed a oil switch 15 months ago that went out couple days ago. I brought it in and they fixed it at no charge to me.

I had a trailer loose a tire nearby. They allowed me to park it there and offload equipment while the tire was ordered and installed. They saved me a ton by allowing me to work on site and fix the problem. Could not be more pleased or thankful

Try not to swindle people to pay more with scare tactics. Be upfront with services and don’t add charges because it’s more work. Once I swipe my card is not the time to tell me extra services is needed. Especially when the“extra” services is already included in the price. You failed trying to trick me.

The crew is great and relatable. Good knowledge concerning vehicle issues. Great pricing on synthetic oil changes and convenient. Never have a long wait time during servicing and can usually get into this location quickly and not have to wait several days.
Be transparent about pricing (shop supplies added to price without consent). Not use TNC vehicle inspections as a way of trying to get more services and work performed at Midas. Consider customer's input about previous inspection done to vehicle that might have some bearing on the inspection report (supposed problem with a leak in PTU that was determined to be non-problematic by other mechanics during previous inspections - given as reason for failing inspection). The whole experience felt like a scam to pressure me into having more work performed at Midas in order to receive a passing vehicle inspection report. Will never return to Midas and recommend everyone I know to do the same.
