A new battery was installed in my car. Several hours later the car completely died on the freeway exit ramp at 494 and Dale creating an extremely hazardous condition for my wife and me. Even the flashers did not work, so we had to direct traffic around us. Fortunately, it was still light outside, and it was not as cold as Minnesota can get in the wintertime. Apparently, the battery was incorrectly installed. Obviously, you could improve my next experience (if there is one) by performing the work correctly the first time.
