I've been coming here for a long time. Started with tires and just progressed to anything I need done the honesty. I've never tried to sell stuff.I didn't need or that I can get by with at the time was remarkable I honestly do not need to go anywhere else. Louis is phenomenal and the staff has been very friendly and professional every time I went.

My check engine light was on. Louis told me two things came up on the inspection and recommended that we just fix one of the issues at first to see if that’s enough to solve the problem (and to save me money). He advised me to come back if the light comes back on. A week later, the light came back on. Instead of performing the manufacturers recommended service (costing $300+), Louis recommended he clean the part to see if that fixes the problem. He didn’t charge me anything, and told me to come back if the light comes back on. I am super-impressed with how Louis is going out of the way to save me money. Because of this, I’ll trust when Louis says I need to have work done. Thank you!

Louis explains the problem you have and explains the cost to fix the problem also will let you know if it is not safe to drive anymore like I heard him tell another customer while I was there, he will also tell you if the fix can way for a while so you can get the money together to pay for the work or if it is more urgent. He and the staff also will take the time to explain or answer any questions you have. I will be going back in the future for car care there because they care about their customers and their safety..

The manager Louis is always super friendly and if there are any issues he always makes it right. I've seen him help people when they come in last minute with big issues and he does his best to accommodate. I've had him check out my check-engine light and always tells me what's going on up front without adding extra fees.

I scheduled an appointment on, however, the tires I needed were not available. The employee helping me was able to reserve tires that were being brought in and I was able to reschedule for the next week!

My vehicle was overheating and I got stuck on the freeway, my vehicle had to get towed, so while i waited I decided to call tires plus,that was a mistake but they couldn't even tell me a hint of what my issue could be. I decided to call Midas which should have been my first option because from the start of the phone call i knew they had knowledge of their jobs. I was told it could be thre0e different situations and i would have to get an inspection done. My vehicle arrived about an hour after closing so it wasnt seen until the next day. Even tho I did not request videos or an update, both of that was provided. Which made me trust them woth my vehicle. Its bee. About 3 weeks since i was tbere and my Jeep is running great again! I had an appointment from 1:30-3:30 to get my brakes done. I didn't hear back and called them shortly after 4pm only to find out they hadn't even looked at it yet. I told them to then skip the work because I needed my vehicle back to get to my job. They called back a few minutes later saying they looked at it and would give me a loaner for $1/day. The loaner car they gave me was gross, dirty and disgusting smelling. 1. I shouldn't have to pay anything for a loaner when I had an appointment, no matter if it's $1 or $100. 2. I should have been given some sort of discount for their falling behind and not getting my vehicle complete until the next day.3. I should get a vehicle to use that isn't hard to breathe in. It was so digusting I had to drive with my windows open back and forth.
The staff made the experience pleasant and worth going back.

Doug answered the phone on Friday, he didn't have appointments available, until Monday or Tuesday. He said if I could drop it off, he would look at it. Doug called me an hour later to let me know the noise I was reporting was shocks and struts. I couldn't afford to fix both sides; most places won't repair just one side. Doug may have heard my whimper...I had made a huge repair last month! I know he doesn't know me, he came back to the phone and had it approved to fix the broken side until I could return next month. This Midas is the best place with the best mechanics, they are angels to me!!
The problem I was having with my car was not diagnosed correctly. I ended up buying brakes for the rear, but the drive shaft was the problem with my car. Now I'm waiting for the warranty to kick in or not, and then the parts need to be ordered and it could be 5 days for delivery. Once I drove out with new brakes I had to immediately turned around and went back to Midas because the sound was still happening. That's when they diagnosed with drive shaft problems.

Zach was able to get me on the schedule as a Walk-in, he notified me that there is an 45mins-1 hour waiting and kept me informed, provided a beverage, and Midas customers who are friendly! The time went fast, and I was grateful he was able to accommodate me. I have in the past referred people to that particular Midas because they are Great Service! We need more mechanics there!

I brought my car in noting the transmission fluid was leaking. They told me they were able to squeeze me in with an estimate of just under $80. after 40 minutes they came out and let me know the transmissions lines were leaking and that it would cost $270 to do a quick fix and by pass a more extensive and costly repair of changing the lines. realizing the diagnostic and fix were separate bills I could leave with an unfixed car for $80 or pay $270 to have them replace the clamps. because it was late on Saturday I opted for the fix but having driven through a Valvoline earlier I was already aware of the leaks and specifically noted them when I arrived hoping for the repair cost. Ultimately I feel financially violated spending nearly $300 to get some five dollar clamps replaced. My frustration lies with the larger corporation and not the individuals at the shop because it seems like protocol to rip prople off in desperate situations.

The technicians forgot to put the gasket on as a result oil was leaking. The car stopped in the middle of the road. I got oil from a gas station and put in to get to the store. It was a terrible experience. They never refunded the oil I purchased & the agent was lying to me. He said the gasket failed.

If the technician takes a part off and breaks another part do not have the manager explain that and then not have the company fix it. The team messed up a part on my car the manager clearly stated that then told me I still had to pay for that part to be fixed.

I came in with an oil change in mind, however I had several things wrong with my brakes. Most people would’ve just said what’s wrong with my car but Midas took the time to physically show me the damage to my car.
Online price says $50 for oil change and tire rotation. Paid 80$ and didn’t even get the tires rotate even asking when I dropped off the vehicle if the tire rotation was still included. And I was told yes. Very disappointed
