I appreciate nothing more being pushed to be done. Just the simple oil change. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

The front desk clerk was very caresmatic and very informative with what I needed for my brakes ended up being it wasent my brakes. But fixed the other associated with my issue.

We always have our oil changed here for our four cars, but this time, I sent my wife since it was one her way to another appointment. Teh oil change was fine, but she was also sold two overpriced air filters and was not told the cost of these filters. Turned a $80 oil change into a $200 service call. This for filters that cost $20 and $25 at O'Reilly's.I may calm down and go back there again, but I'll have to think about it. And now I can never send her again.

Tech did not complete the job. Rescheduling to complete the job has been tiresome. Shop didn't return my calls.

I had a great experience with my oil change, and tire rotation, I found Eric to be very helpfull, after my car was finished , Eric found a way to fit my daughter's suv in for a oil change, and tire rotation as well. both Eric, and your mechanics were very kind, and helpfull. Came in for the 29 99 oil change special I was told I need an extra quart of oil total would be $40 thought that was a bit much... It would not hurt to have good coffee and maybe some donuts while a customer week early in the morning a few dollars now more dollars later....

The person that handled my inspection was very friendly, fast, and courteous. He was very busy, answering calls, and trying to find a tool for an oil filter and still made it easy to get my inspection done.

They diagnosed my problems quickly and ordered the parts I would need immediately. They were friendly and knowledgeable and advised me how to avoid problems with my vehicle in the future. Midas has allowed me to keep my older car working far longer than I though it would.

Great customer service

It was stipulated on my coupon that I would receive a tire rotation. When they were finished changing the oil I asked the tech if he rotated my tires. He said no because the front tires were out of alignment and it would do no good to rotate them but he wouldn't have told me that if I would not have asked because he was on his way back out the door. That IS NOT for him to decide. Maybe I wanted my better tires in the front (which I did). Anyway, they did not do a service that I should have had and I won't return. I have friends that go there and I will tell them about this and I doubt that they will return also. Oh by the way - I have facebook, twitter and instagram!

I requested a direct fit muffler be installed on my truck. From the beginning the employee was obviously irritated that he had to perform this service. I was then told it could not be installed due to the store not carrying muffler clamps and the weld would be 3 times the price. Imagine a muffler shop not being able to install a muffler…

Reliable speedy service!

I took my 96 Honda in for a safety inspection and it did not pass. You told me it failed due to a bad inner tie rod and the cost would be $800 to repair. The inner tie rod was replaced before I purchased the vehicle. Knowing there was no issue, I took it somewhere else and it passed the safety inspection. My experience tells me that Midas is not honest and is looking to take advantage of people. I will never go to Midas again.

Excellent service

When a customer comes in for brake inspection, Give them one, Not pull a wheel and just look, Never measured pads and rotors, Never looked at master cylinder or checked fluid for boiling point. Never even pulled the other wheels. Didnt look at brake lines. This Mechanic should be re trained or he just dont know what he is doing, I was a Mechanic for over 35 years, I took pride in what I did. I feel sorry for the Woman Manager.

Got an oil change and went home Just what I ordered

I needed brakes for my 2013 Nissan AltimaThe lady who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the process to check out my car and give an estimate. She also explained that there were two ways to finance the work if I wanted. As I had recently had surgery she said she would be happy to help me with the paperwork over the phone and my brother could bring the car in. The quality of the work was great and the time to complete the work was reasonable. The customer service was outstanding from the lady who helped me over the phone! I would highly recommend this Midas location and will return if I need additional work done on my car. Everything went very smooth.

I have always liked dealing with Midas of Blue Springs, they are top notch, and always take care of all my automotive needs.

Due to short staffing and training my vehicle that was scheduled. Did not get worked on was told to come back tomorrow. The staff was very nice and great helpful but just overwhelmed with other issues going on In service department.

I didn't have an appointment and was taken care of quickly.

I was informed that I needed new windshield wipers, however, I have driven in rain yesterday and the wipers worked just fine. Do I trust what they tell me in the future?? I also had my oil changed, but the system on my car was not adjusted to reflect that so now my car thinks I need an oil change. It’s the small details that make a difference.

On short notice they handled my wife's car issue. Couldn't be happier. Others in wait area grumbled about delay in parts arriving but that's no fault of Midas AND more importantly lead tech came & explained the sequence of repairs.
