We have been coming to this Midas since moving to the area. It has been a family place since day one. My parents started coming here for the great customer service and reasonable prices, and we became family. I now come here for my auto needs, and as my child becomes a driver (not for a few years), unless we move, will be encouraged to come here too. They treat us like family and look out for our family and the safety of it. Wouldn't trade them for anything. They also must be doing something right, as there isn't a lot of employee turn around either.

If you make a mess, clean it up. Some engine oil dripping off a crossbeam or something similar is one thing. Have oil splashed all over the engines compartment and up onto the windshield is not normal and should have been cleaned up prior to releasing the vehicle for pickup.

They have watched me grow up and also watching my child grow now too. I love my local Midas. My family has been going to them for our car needs for several decades. I have taken all my cars there since I could drive and that's been over half my life. The staff are funny and like family. Roger, Tracy, Eric, Lonnie, all of the guys are fun, honest, and caring. They give us all the options that are available, they also add into their own personal advice, especially understanding the financials of their customers to get the best bang for their buck. We talk and cut up like family members would. It is such a great place. If I am still living here when my own child starts to drive, then I will encourage them to go there for their car needs too. Keep the tradition going. Hopefully, if I have to move, we can find a Midas that is the same as this place. The staff are all great, and they must be a great place to work for because the same people work there that have been there since I was a kid and we started going there when we moved here decades ago.
I know when they do a job it will be done right, but they are a lot more expensive than other places for labor and parts.
I made an online appointment for an oil change. They got ne in and out within 30 minutes. The person running the desk was friendly. The price was as expected. I made an appointment for my other vehicle for next week. If it continues to be a positive experience I will keep coming back.

My second visit to this shop with a different car. I came in for an alignment knowing one was needed. They quoted me an inspection price, advising that it would be included in the package if an alignment was done. It was.They took me to the car and showed me a graphic of how my alignment looked in real world terms. They explained all they could do, and that my left front needed a new strut, as the one I had seemed to be bent. The alignment was great, rides true, and I'm installing a new strut.

Great service as always. As they were removing the oil plug they realized it had been damaged and needed to be replaced. There was a leak as a result and it took several trips to get it to stop. But every time they were friendly and patient. I was too! In the end it was done.
