I paid for an oil change and tire rotation and my air is still low in my tires. My oil light is still on and my air filter life is at 20 %. They didn't adjust my dashboard and now I am concerned that I didn't receive what I paid for. I just got in my car tonight and noticed these issues.

The location was very ideal. The service was wonderful. The technician left dirt and mud on the drivers side. Other than that the service was great.

I had to pay for labor on pads and rotors that I had just purchased in July, the pads and rotors had a lifetime warranty but it’s the principle. I only had them for 4 months, and the labor jumped up an additional $126.00 from July.

Great Customer Service

I took my car in a few months ago and they told me I needed new tires. I paid $450 for three new tires. At that time they told me I didn’t need the fourth one. This was during one of the but 4 get 1 free promotions. When I asked them why they couldn’t just change the fourth one they said they didn’t need to. This time the guy behind the counter got extremely rude with me when I told him I didn’t have $180 for the fourth tire. He rolled his eyes and snapped at me telling me I should have said something. I was never given the opportunity to tell them before he had already sent the guy to get the tire. I was also supposed to get a tire rotation that is included with my oil change and they didn’t rotate any of my tires. To top all this off I am a non smoker and one of the works drove my car down the road with a cigarette in his mouth. I watched him get in and drive off with it. When I said something to the guy behind the counter he argued with me telling me there was no way that’s what I seen. These guys were very rude to me the entire time I was there and took way longer than necessary to get my car in the shop and even longer to change my oil.

They were able yo get my car in next day, and allowed me a grace period of 30 minutes to get to the appointment since the start of the slotted time was right when I got out of work. They had a great deal for an oil change which is extremely helpful to me right now since my funds are limited.

Encourage the owner Nick to be honest and do not lie to customers saying they have to use high mileage oil in their car and don't yell at the customer when they tell him that they do not feel comfortable with his business doing any more service for them. And if you would like to contact me please do not have Nick the owner at the New Halls Ferry location call me again because he's a liar, rude and appears to have angry problems when a customer voice their opinion about the service they received.

My wheels had some kind of brown greasy stuff on all my tire rims. Told to take it to a car wash. Told me they did not wash cars. Took my car to a car wash was unable to get it off. Had to scrub all the rims. It was hard to get clean.

When I made appointment I said oil change and tire rotation, when I got truck back the tires had not been rotated since tire pressures were in same positions as when I dropped it off! It's displayed on my dash! Or if they say they did it then they didn't reset each tire to it's new position. I left I didn't complain I don't have time for that it's either right or it's wrong in this case in my opinion it's wrong

This is my only mode of transportation. I was told that it would be ready by 5 pm only to have to wait until 12 pm the next day due to a parts issue. I wish they kept a small inventory of certain parts.

I wanted to give this zero stars for this visit. The manager Nick was extremely rude. I dropped my car off in the morning and when it was almost closing time and I hadnt heard from the shop I called. Nick said it wouldnt be ready that day and he wouldnt give me a time frame on when it would be done. Ive been a customer at this location for years and had only received phenomenal service. Nick was so rude I didnt get the A/C service I needed. I will not be returning to this location.
