It just seemed that there was a lot of expense outside of the parts. I understand the labor charges but then another $50 shop fee on top of that seemed like overkill. Spent nearly $1000 on brakes and rotors for two wheels.

I scheduled morning oil change appointment online. Received a call back stating shop was busy and could not get me in for a morning appointment until 2 days later. Upon arriving at the shop I waited more than 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation. I also had to wait for a air filter to be delivered that was not in stock at shop. I think the overall time I waited in the waiting room for my vehicle to get serviced was excessive.
Midas is a great location for me. The people who work there have been there awhile. They know my vehicles and hours are convenient

They went above and beyond to get my vehicle in. The service was quick and staff were very friendly. They honored the buy one get one free tire promotion. It was still a little higher than expected. The cost was still higher than expected. Total was $831.
No specific reason, everything was satisfactory and deserving of a good rating. No complaints.

I asked for an alignment for $109.99 was what I was quoted, I was told by the mechanic that shimming the upper control arms was part of the alignment process for my vehicle and they would need to check to make sure they had shims. They had the shims and performed the alignment and then proceeded to charge me a few hundred extra dollars for labor because it took them a long time to shim. I was never told that I was going to be charged a labor charge or that shimming wasn't part of the original cost. TERRIBLE experience, I will never bring another vehicle to Midas and will warn anyone who asks to stay far away.
Attention to the customer
Justin at the desk, and Mark the technician were both highly skilled and knowledgeable about the repair estimates and necessary replacements. A hubcap accidentally broke on my car, and they replaced all of them free with the $1700 of other repairs I had done to my car. When they suggest services, I highly recommend taking them up on the offer, because their crew knows what they’re doing. I am car maintenance naive, but they are willing and able to discuss every repair need with you! Head on in if you’ve had doubts. They’ve got that Midas touch! Quality over price any day, especially when it comes to the health of your car.

The gentleman who talked to me on the phone and then was working the front desk when I arrived was wonderful. He got me in quickly, helped work around my schedule, was very clear about what needed completed and got me out of there quick.

When I made my appointment online I was told the next day as soon as I answered the return call that "we don't do online appointments" however the manager did agree to let me drop the car off. I had requested a safety inspection and later an alignment. I'm not pleased with the alignment because I was told i need rear toe adjusters because my car doesn't have any. So THEN i took the car home and researched a bit. Turns out, my car DOES have adjustable toe on the rear with eccentric bolts. I never got a print out of my alignment and will be returning soon to get my service completed in full, or will getting my money back. What a waste of my time.

I scheduled an 11:30 AM online appointment to drop off. By 3 PM I still had not heard anything so I called. They called back at 3:45 and said my car was done. When I went to pick up my car, nothing had actually been done to it whatsoever. They said that they rotated the tires, however, I still had a low tire pressure light. When somebody went to help me with my tires, they noticed that they had been blown up past the appropriate psi for the back tires, and the front tires were not even aired up at all. In addition, I had requested for my lifetime brake pads to be replaced, and they told me no, and said it was not needed. My brakes are making an awful squeaking noise, and I wasted an entire day with no car, and was provided with absolutely no service. This is completely unacceptable to me!
The manager who was on duty was very clear and helpful on Friday (1/28). I came in because of a flat tire and didn't have to stay long at all! Thanks for the great service.
Been going to my local Midas for years and I don't worry about the drivability of my Dodge (my 4th), all serviced by Midas.
We really like Jason at this site and lately he hasn't been present. The other personnel are ok, but that is just it, ok.
I appreciate seeing the same people working when I go to Midas. Manager Jason has been there a long time and the girl who works there has been there awhile too. They are very communicative and got to my car as soon as they could. I am glad I get good service there because it is very convenient for me to leave my car there and walk home while they work on it. I like to be able to consistently go there to have my cars serviced.
Do not scam the customer. Misrepresenting a mechanical problem in an attempt to make money. I have no doubt this ploy has been done to other customers. Honesty and return customers are your profit base

Midas is my go to, particularly for brakes. I've have always had a good experience with them! This last appointment, I was trying to squeeze it in last minute and requested an appointment Friday night for Saturday. I fully expected them not to be able to get me in, but I received a call right at opening the next morning, confirming that they could do it. By the end of the day, my brakes (which turned out to be really bad) were fixed, which was a huge relief to have it taken care of. Many thanks to Jason and the whole team!!
I had my suspension done with alignment 2 years ago. A control arm link went out and they honored the warranty even though it was a little over!
I dropped a vehicle off for exhaust work to be told a day later Midas employees didn't have the skills. Had to waste a days time and take my business elsewhere. Employees need to be better trained on resources and capabilities of the shop. Telling a customer the job is no problem and then calling them a day later saying otherwise is very bad business.

1) I could only request the appointment online not schedule. When I spoke with someone, I was given 2 different answers for times. 2) upon arrival to appointment, the check in guy wasn’t friendly, seemed rushed. 3) I had a coupon I printed off Midas.com and when I gave to associate, he started he hates these coupons, they’re deceiving and gave me 1/2 off. I responded, the coupon is valid for the service so what’s the problem? He said never mind, seemed even more upset and rushed. He did apply the coupon but didn’t explain anything on the paperwork. I had to read it and find things that were circled in red and read the maintenance techs notes from my car assessment. Not good! Not professional and I will not return to this location or recommend it.

I’ve been going to the Midas in Gladstone for some time. Every time I call to see if they can work me in, Jason always finds the time. This is very important to me due to the nature of my job. This last visit was no different. Jason took care of me like always!
I went to Midas after leaving another service appointment with a different mechanic. That mechanic damaged my brakes and would not be available again for half a week. I was concerned about the brakes so I called Midas in the hopes I might be able to get them looked at. They were very kind and helpful, and I did have to wait a little bit, but they did make time for my car, which I was extremely grateful for. I know how busy good mechanics can get. They got my issue fixed so well and in such good time. I finally feel comfortable driving my car again, and I owe it all to Midas. Again, I'm so grateful to the gentlemen who took care of me and my car. They're all the best kind of professionals.
It’s like this the service was good the communication was lacking, even though I’ve been there before with the same vehicle you sent me a coupon for conventional oil which I can’t use instead of synthetic blend it ended up costing me over twice as much as the coupon if you send me coupons in the future please send me ones I can use without discrepancies.

When I first requested an appointment I requested it online. I then called after a couple of hours because I had not received a call to confirm my request. After I left a voice-mail, I did receive a call shortly after. I had mentioned that I put in a request online for an 11am appointment and I was told, "I guess you can bring it in then". I had only requested that time because the website allowed me to. I asked when would be better time because to me it sounded like he really didn't want me to bring it in at that time. The customer service needs improvement. I was also told I was missing a lug nut but was not told how much it was going to cost to replace. I paid $14.99 for one lug nut. I could have bought a 4 pack for $10.
Noticed my car was leaking oil and the oil filter was so loose I turned it with my hand once and it came right off.
Price comparable to other places- high point was the customer service. I'll go back for that alone. Wonderful employees.

Did a good job and was honest. I asked for a brake inspection because my brakes sounded a little sqeaky. They did my oil change and tire rotation and checked my brakes for me. After inspection they saw no issues with my brakes and explained sometimes depending on the brand used sometimes brakes will squeak but that they saw no safety issues with my brakes at this time. They didn't take advantage or lie and try to get me to replace something that wasn't necessary. I appreciate that and honestly wouldn't of known one way or the other. If they would have told me to I probably would have because I assumed there was something wrong with them due to the squeaking I hear sometimes. They were honest and didn't take advantage of me.
