Upon calling I spoke with Sabrina and she was very kind and knowledgeable. Took my information and gave me a call back quickly with a pricing quote. Got me scheduled for a drop off inspection the next evening, quickly diagnosed the problem and called me shortly after that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Amazing service all around, it was my first time at Midas and I’ll definitely be back!
Extremely professional and quick service
Friendly place and the staff was on top of things there, they took their time on the inspection that was needed for my car to pass. The place was very clean, and did not smell of anything bad like oil and grease.
I work in the field of rating OEM service departments and I rarely give highly satisfied. These guys did much better than most stores I’ve had service done with or worked with. If I have a bad experience with a store they will never see me again. My wife and I have work done there.

2 weeks ago I went there to have them check my muffler for the noise and they took a look and told me I needed a new exhaust pipe connected in between my muffler. They explained the process and how much it would cost me and how long it would take to fix. I agreed and they ordered the park and a week later, but mechanic was sick so they did the work on my car the following week, last Saturday and they had all the parts they needed to fix my car and the man who does that was there and everything went nice and smooth. He put the new exhaust pipe on my car and the price they quoted was the same and I paid them and I was off on my way to other things for last Saturday! I had a good experience and they did a good job!

Getting a simple oil change can be challenging at some places midas makes it easy to get in and get out without being sold a bunch of things that you don't need , the staff are very friendly and attentive to the vehicles they work on, my car comes out driving like it's brand new

We have three cars in our family. For quite some time I was used to taking our vehicles to an auto shop that would need to book me one to two weeks out due to them being so backed up. I decided to try my luck at the Midas shop just a few blocks away. I was not disappointed. Chad the manager, is extremely helpful and I have come to trust his judgement on when something needs done and when it doesn't. Trust in mechanics is hard to find, but Chad has shown that he has it.
I had a coupon for a oil change @ $29.99. Which means $29.99 + tax. But my total was $38.80. In Independence , MO the tax is not 32.72% and I got no explanation for why the coast was a lot more than the last oil change I had. And a new manager is not the correct answer. I was very disappointed the Shop guy was talking to me about my vehicle. And the guy from the desk told him to get back to work. I thought that was so rude of him to tell him that , He was explaining to me what was wrong with my vehicle.. What was going on with my vehicle? And the guy at the desk was very rude. I did not like him at all., And the cost to fix it was around $2000. Way too muchmoney the price to fix it for labor was above the amount that should have ever ever been charged. Would never take my vehicle to these people ever.

Always allow a customer to see the wear and tear before telling them they need a replaced part. Always show a customer the air filter. Dont just put one on and say it was needed. Do not replace brakes and rotors too early. Especially when they are not needed.

We brought a 21 year old truck in for a bumper to bumper inspection and repair estimates. The quote was difficult to understand and have several double charges on it. The inside of the cab did not get inspected and those repairs were not quoted which left put major maintenance and repairs there were visibly needed.

Before going to MIDAS I did my own research and get estimations from other shops and online apps to make sure MIDAS is charging me the right amount for brake pads and rotors installation. They charged me less than what I expect. I will definitely go back if I got any issues with my vehicle.
I was Satisfied. what could bring y'all up to "highly satisfied" status, is a texting system where the mechanics take pictures of what's wrong so you can document and explain to the customer better. I will still be coming back to Midas, mainly because its hard to find a mechanic you feel like you trust and isn't pulling a fast one over on you.
The manager, Daniel, is excellent. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and his customer service skills are outstanding. He took care of each customer as if they were family. Thomas was the service technician who worked on my vehicle, his skills and attention to detail are great. He was able to assess what my vehicle needed in a timely manner. Along with Daniel, they explained what my vehicle needed and answered all my questions in a manner that i could understand with respectfully. The service on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely return to Midas next time my vehicle needs service.
I had 2 cars for inspection before I could renew tags. When I called, I was told to bring in one car—no appointment necessary—and it would be worked in. It was, along with the second car the same day. A couple minor and inexpensive repairs and I was all set.
Unless Daniel is at the shop I will not walk into the shop. We are use to a very friendly person. Was asked if we were the people that called the district manager on him. So I will make sure Daniel will be at work when I go there.

But some one has told me, just because I had one bad experience with Midas, doesn't mean that all Midas's are the same way. So I was told to give Midas another chance. I dove on/into a construction concrete ditch. bent the front Rt wheel structure. The car was towed to my place, near Midas. The next AM I called, they made an estimate and got me right in. I was back on the road in a few hours.They also relined my; front end a few weeks later, under the one year guarantee. I had hit a bad pot hole,Than You.
The service technicians were very helpful, explained everything to me, answered all my questions. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and kept informed during the entire time I was there about the progress of my vehicle service.
Great experience. The manager, I think that's who was in the waiting area, was great. He kept me informed and went above and beyond when the wrong part arrived after being order the same morning. He ended up finding the needed part in the back, and saved me from having to come back the next day. I felt bad for the location cause the AC is out and it was so hot waiting. They did have a small unit to try to help, but afternoon heat was brutal. The mgr mentioned to one customer they were told it would be a year for the unit to be repaired. That's ridiculous when you have customers waiting on vehicles. Overall great experience. Wish the Noland rd location could get their AC fixed soon.
Last fall I had my brakes done and they broke one of the boots. They ordered a new one and I came back to get it put on, plus get an oil change. They ordered the wrong boot, over-scheduled other customers and I ended up waiting for 6 hrs to get it done.The manager at the time, Shaun, told me that my next oil change would be free and he said he notated it but he didn't.I went in today for an oil change and the new mechanic was very forthright and honest and showed me that when they replaced the boot they broke they duct taped it on instead of using the appropriate clamps. The manager, Daniel, said to come back and they would replace the boot and the axle at no cost.Ive been a customer at this store for over 12 yrs and never had an issue until last fall, and was appalled at the terrible service I received.I was very satisfied with my visit today, they were very nice and apologetic and I hope things are on the right track because I would hate to have to look for another place to go.

I always bring my car to Midas. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable. As long as I’ve been taking my car to Midas, I’ve never had any serious problems. The store was really clean and the MOD that day was polite, respectful, and I could tell he knew what he was doing by the way he interacted with the customers.
They explained everything that was going on with my vehicle and were enthusiastic about what needed to be done. I will be going back to service my vehicle soon.

I think i will get the oil checked to see if they actually put synthetic oil in vehicle. Truck is running hot now every since the oil was changed and the synthetic oil usually keeps the engine cooler than regular oil. Maybe its a bad filter. But for a $70
