Midas O'Fallon has been taking care of my vehicles since about 2010 when the muffler fell off my 2001 truck. I wasn't sure where to go, but thought Midas fixed mufflers. So I took it there. They still take care of my same truck and I have added my 2010 Subaru. Honestly I don't know what I would do without them.

The staff is amazing! They are very honest and make it so easy for me come in. The are very professional and courteous. I love the people that work here and tell all my friends and family to come to the Ofallon Midas.

A/C was not cooling. A/C was previously charged by Midas and dye was put in to determine if there was a leak in the system. Within a month or so the A/C was not cooling so took back in. Pleasantly suprised when Service Advisor called and advised it was leaking at the fittings and it was covered under your warranty. We have been taking our 2 vehicles to Midas for a number of years. I really appreciate the honesty as my husband use to be a servise advisor and my vehicle is 20 years old so he was prepared for something else to be the issue. It is so important to be able to trust that what the rep tells you is wrong is really the issue. We appreciate the fact that they do not try to overesell what needs to be done.

I have been going to this Midas location in Ofallon Mo since it opened in the 70s.I trust them and have never been disappointed. They current manager, Jim is great.He never tries to sell me something I really don’t need. If I do need something I know he will tell me the truth about what I need to have done. As a mature woman (75) I really appreciate that. I continue going there even though I have moved more than 35 miles away.
