Only complaint would be the time required for a general oil change
From start to finish the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The final price was close to a preliminary online quote and exactly what was quoted over the phone before the work was authorized.

The prices to charge for some of the items was really high. To change two light bulbs was going to be $138 and to change a battery it was over $200.

Been going here to Sedalia Midas since they came to town for oil changes, tire purchases, rotors, break replacements. They always explain everything and help ease any concerns if money is an issue.

I went in for an oil change. In addition to the oil change, they rotated my tires. I normally do my own oil change, but rotate my tires every other oil change. My wife always uses Midas for her oil change and is the one that demanded me to go to Midas. It helped that there was a coupon.
We always use this this location since they opened and we have always been very happy with everything there. They are just very good with everything! Just sad that this time they informed us they are no longer doing the punch card.

Include tire rotation with oil change again.
My oil change took two hours from the original scheduled time. The technician removed two lug nuts that were swollen. Evidently he had to remove the lugs from the socket with a punch and rendered them useless. I completely understand if there were swollen and he told me he couldn’t remove them however he did. The manager then told me I had to purchase 2 lugs for $9.00 per. I was already disappointed that I had to pay an additional $20.00 for a tire rotation so I said no thank you. I asked if he had other lugs other than the overpriced lugs he speed me. He didn’t. As a compromise he removed one lug from each of my wheels to ensure there were four on each wheel. You’re right, the math doesn’t add up. I’m guessing they kept the other two for other vehicles. My patience were already thin and I had already invested two hours and I needed to get going. I was able to find OEM lugs for $2.70 per. It’s not their fault that they were swollen however they took them off and I have been going to the same Midas for over two years . Clearly the past technicians were not torquing the lugs properly. Unfortunately, I will no longer use this Midas or others for service.
The Midas in Sedalia, MO is clean and teh staff are very nice. I never have a problem there. Their technicians are thoruogh and I have not had any problems with their work.
My husband believed in going to quality automotive repair places. I originally took my car to Midas, even though it is in another town, because I wanted a quality checkup on my car. When the gas prices went up last year, I stopped driving out of town for car repairs. I had several major repairs done in town but I never felt really comfortable with the service because they didn't do a thorough check of my car. It was just like getting a spot cleaning and not a deep clean. I recently got an oil change at Walmart because it was convenient and open basically 24/7. The told me I needed new tires. I questioned that because my tires aren't that old and I don't drive my car a lot. When I had Midas check them out, they said I didn't need new tires at all. Now I am wondering why Walmart said that - did they just think I was going to replace my tires with theirs and they could make a big sale? Anyway, I plan on returning to Midas for checkups and repairs because I feel I can trust them to do a good job. They do quality work and get paid well. They don't need to lie to people to get paid more.

I started using Midas after my new car service plan ran out. I am very impressed with the service at the Sedalia Midas service center. The owners are very friendly and the workers do a great job of caring for my vehicle. I will always use Midas for my oil changes, tire rotations, brakes and mufflers. It's service I can trust. They don't tell me I need something when I don't.

I’ve been taking my car here since Midas came to town. They are always communicating with me either via text or call to let me know of anything that may come up. I fully trust these folks with my vehicle. I’ve never had any problems and they are great to work with!
I doubt you all can fix it but the pricing on the parts I got was decently hire then when I looked around online. I canceled the appointment I had scheduled because I couldn't afford the final price.

The process went smoothly. Everyone I encountered was friendly. Using the online coupon I had was seamless. From the time I drove in the parking lot to the time I drove out was under 45 minutes. An additional issue with my truck was explained well by the shop foreman. I recommended Midas for an oil change to a family member that very day.

I was provided a quote for 4 new Hankook tires. The email stated purchase and installation would be $746.43 or $186.60 each. With the coupon for buy 3 get one free, that would have put my price for tires and installation at $559.82, plus $20 per tire, plus $.50 tire fee, plus $4.00 tire disposal fee, and $7.99 valve stem rebuild, should have put my total price at $689.78. My receipt showed the tires at $199.96 each for $799.96, for which they removed $199.96 for the coupon. Instead of my overall price being $689.78, it was $729.93, over $40 higher. Added to that was a $2.50 shop fee, which I have no clue what that is for, plus $72.00 labor. If the purchase of tires included installation as my quote indicated, why was I charged $72.00 for labor. I feel I paid $112.00 more that what was communicated to me in the quote. If Midas is not going to stand by their quote or surprise me with added labor and fee's not mentioned in the quote, then I will not be purchasing tires from Midas in the future, nor will I ever recommend Midas to anyone looking to purchase new tires. I am a long time Midas customer and have always liked Midas. This incident has left me wiht a bad taste in my mouth.

I have a 2022 KIA K5 GT. It is a GT, NOT a GT-Line or plain K5. Different engine, turbo, clutches, transmission, suspension, brakes and chassis changes.It is rare and uses a rare oil filter.The Staff worked hard to insure my car was ready to go for a long trip I was taking.I HIGHLY recommend this Midas service store. Both the Staff and Technicians are smart, well trained and friendly.This is the second service of my new car at this Midas. It was almost impossible to get the oil filter I needed for the first service, but the Staff got one.The staff bent over backwards to accommodate me.I could not be happier.

My husband had work on the car hoses and brakes done on his car. Tristen Put hoses on the car and it had a leak afterwards they had to tow it back to the shop and fixed it but they also did brakes on it and afterwards there was a shake in the front end.
