I was highly satisfied this time but dissatisfied on my last oil change when my oil filter was not replaced. I marked it so I knew it had not been changed but was charged for it anyway. This time I asked to see the filter so I would know it was done and I was pleased with how my concern was handled.

Don't lie to customers, don't promise tires then hours later say you don't have them but have more expensive ones or nothing at all (bait and switch), don't advertise conventional oil changes and take appointments for them just to say at time of appointment you only offer $50± synthetic oil changes. Don't put your greasy, oily hands all over the exterior of my work vehicle without cleaning it off.
The district manager and the manager in training were extremely pleasant and nice and informative. The young lady Sarah was extremely helpful and extremely proficient at whatever she was doing.

I have been coming to this location for many many years. The staff is always been great. The facility is always been clean recently. They went through an ownership change. I was very upset with my service at time. Apparently they’re under new ownership after that the place was clean staff was friendly.
I had a few things done on my chev traverse oil change, Brake fluid flush, Coolant flush, Tires, and check engine light. After they checked the light they said it was the mass air flow sensor. I asked them if that was why the light was coming on? They said yes it would fix the problem. It did not fix the problem, it came back on when I was driving home so I called the next morning and they told me to bring it back in that afternoon so I did. They checked it out again cleaned some thing off and said it was good to go this time but it came on again when I was driving home. I am taking it back again on Monday. It is just very frustrating because I paid $1700 for all these services and my problem with the check engine light is still not fixed.

I have been coming to Midas for years. Madison has always been able to greet me made sure I had a printout of any services needed during my car visit. They have had some management changes. The person behind the counter was out in the base smoking cigarettes.

At the time of appointment I asked if they rotated the tires and was informed yes. I stated I wanted that. At the time of the appointment for the oil change, they had not rotated the tires. The service desk associate argued with me that they would not do it even after I told him the person who checked me in said they would. They finally pulled it back in and completed the job.

I’ve been using Midas on Mid Rivers Mall Drive since 2004 when I was divorced. As a single woman, I wanted to trust the people working on my car. I feel that all employees have been kind, welcoming and honest. I never felt overcharged or pressured. One time I went to a Valvoline business because I got a gift card. It was exactly what I was afraid of. I felt pushed into extra work not needed and charged far too much. I immediately went back to my Midas Muffler shop for my next oil change.
Madison always friendly and goes out of her way to make sure all is good before leaving.

I made an appointment the day before the appointment, the problem was diagonized with in minutes and repaired in a couple of hours. The cost was $400 lowered than my estimate from a dealer.This what I call SERVICE.
Definitely satisfied with my first experience. The guy who was checking in my vehicle definitely could’ve been a little bit more on the friendlier side but at 8 o’clock in the morning when a flood of people start coming in I’m sure can get a little stressful. I called without an appointment and was told to drop it off and they could work it in. Much to my surprise it was completed in less than 90 minutes. And picked up just prior to closing. The manager, don’t know his name was very friendly and accommodating. Madison and McKenzie couldn’t of be any nicer.

They were fast, efficient, and kind people. I had talk to another company the day prior and they said they could get it done in a week. While Midas took me in even though I had no appointment. Said it would be a 30 min wait just to get the car inspected and 40 mins to do the inspection so little over an hour. I walked in and walked out in 30 mins.
I spent 2 weeks trying to find somewhere to perform an emissions test, and this Midas was quick and got me in and out right away.
The Associates were extremely nice and pleasant. The cost of the service was reasonably priced. I received my vehicle back the same day, which was wonderful since I was off work that day.
I’ve been going to this Midas location for years and they have always done a great job of finding the issues and will go the extra steps to explain the problem in detail and what’s needed.

I always come here for my oil changes. I like that there are coupons you can print off and use. I had a synthetic oil change that included a new filter, checking the fluids and a tire rotation all for $57.00. They also gave me a stamp card that after 4 oil changes I will get the 5 th one free! Have some compassion, don’t start with sarcasm and comments like “woopdie-do, another oil change today” to another employee in front of my face when I first walk in, don’t charge $100 to look at why a light is on in the car, don’t charge $740 for something which, after I left, we (my husband and friend who also works at a car shop) found for $240 (carbon canister). Be kind and compassionate, and absolutely willing to refund an emissions inspection if I can’t afford the part that you claimed was $740 that would make it pass. Also the lady at the front desk pushing the receipts toward me twice, quite pushy, while I was on the phone with my husband about whether this price was okay was icing on the cake.

I went to and called several inspection stations and midas had the earliest available. I was told 30-45 minutes but they were able to complete my service and have me out almost exactly 30 minutes after arrival, and left it parked and running to keep it cool.
I was attempting to get a vehicle emissions test for renewal of my license plates. After calling/visiting multiple other places. Jiffy Lube only had an inspections monday through friday (I was looking on a saturday) and Valvoline informed me I would have to wait 4 hours! I almost gave up but I passed a Midas off Mid Rivers and saw the "MO inspection logo" on the side of the building. Fortunately, Jake at the front desk said I would not have to wait and they were able to complete the emissions test. Upon checking in my vehicle, Jake (front desk) said it would take 20-30 mins, to my surprise it only took 15min! Jake and the team were SO nice and helpful. I will definitely be returning for my other vehicle needs!
Quoted one price over the phone than a higher price when it was time to pay. I think your prices are too high. The work appear to be fine but too pricey for front rotors and brakes and a spindle nut.
My check in window was between 8-10. I dropped my car off around 9 and by 9:45 I got a call, anticipating them selling me additional services or telling me something is wrong, that my car was all done and there was no issues to report. Best experience at a mechanic in a long time. I will definitely be back and plan to write a Google review. Special shout out to the woman working the front desk for being the face of a positive experience.
I was able to get in for an emissions check very quickly. The young girl at the desk was so nice and knowledgeable as well as personable. They had me in and out in 10 min. I told my husband we needed to start bringing our vehicles here from now on for servicing.

I’ve taken my vehicles to Midas for about 7 years now. They do a great job in maintenance and are always letting me know exactly what’s going on with me vehicle and when something is wrong they tell me what’s wrong and what I need to fix the issue. They never lie or try and persuade me to spend more money than I have to to get it fixed, and fixed right and in a timely manner. I have previously told family and friends about there service. I will continue going to Midas because they do a great job, they do not try and take advantage of me, they do a great job, and everyone is nice.

I was very pleased with the wheel bearing replacement on my vehicle. It was quick and efficient. That is the service I asked to be complete. However, the service employee told me over the phone, I needed an alignment also as it was recommended with all wheel bearing replacement. I trusted the employee and agreed. However, after further research and discussion with family in the business, I was informed an alignment was not needed. I feel that I was taken advantage with an added $90 alignment that I could’ve done without. I was very disappointed after I found that out.

It took over a week to get any answer about my vehicle. I called every day for 5 days and each time I was told I would get a call back in a few minutes. I never once received a call back. Also, they could not give me any details about the nature of the problem. They said I needed a new engine. When I asked what specifically was wrong with the engine they told me it was "a doosie". Wtf?? Also, they failed to put my car back together when I picked it up. Unacceptable.
This is the second time I’ve had my vehicle serviced at Midas AND a mechanic found additional faults that I did not ask them to look for. This visit, I requested and oil change and to check for an oil leak. The mechanic found the leak, rotated the tires (which I did not request), and found that the break pads and motors were faulty and needed replacement (which I also did not request).
I scheduled my appointment for 9 am. Dropped the vehicle off before the shop was opened. The manager let me in anyways so he can get the car in the system while I was there. Communicated with me almost immediately on the problem. Then had it fixed within the hour of my appointment. Super happy.

This is our regular Midas we go to for everything. We won’t take our cars anywhere else. The service is outstanding, the price is beyond fair, the mechanics are knowledgeable and honest. There’s never any, “oh by the way you also need new(fill in the blank)”. It’s the best place in town!

I stopped in to have someone check under my car after hitting a large twisted piece of metal on the highway the day before. It happened during rush hour traffic & I could not avoid driving over it. It hit hard! I was concerned about what damage may have occurred but it was too late to schedule an appointment anywhere once I got home. First thing the next morning, I stopped in the Midas at Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters, MO to see if they could fit me in & take a look. I didn't want to drive it til it was checked out. I told work I would be late & I was prepared to wait.Luckily, they got to my car right away. After a few minutes, the technician called me into the shop to show me what what going on under the car. He pointed out & explained a few small things he noticed but he saw nothing too concerning. I was pretty relieved & felt comfortable driving the car to work.The lady at the counter was very friendly & the technician didn't make me feel like an idiot. I will gladly bring my car here again in the future. Great job!

My first visit was awesome. I had to get an emissions and tire rotation for my truck. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I scheduled another emissions for my car that same Friday when they were done. Easy as can be to schedule. When I showed up that Friday after taking off work early to get the emissions done I was told my scheduled appointment didn't matter because no one was there to do the test. I don't know why I could of gotten a schedule for an emissions if no one was going to be there. Had to reschedule and take off work early again.
Replaced only what I needed at a reasonable price. Karaoke started at 3 pm. Not. Whole staff was friendly and helpful.

Got an oil change and tire rotation last week. After picking my truck up one of the techs discussed new tires with me and even went as far as researching some prices to put together some quotes and called me back with the information after leaving.
