My vehicle had battery issues and had to be jumped off all while getting my disabled daughter to therapy. Explain why it was going to take 48 hours to get a battery. I chose a battery with a lesser warranty and higher price so I could have my car for a can't be missed doctor appointment. Even then it took 31 hours to get that battery.

There was a family member in the lobby during my oil change. The mechanic was obviously distracted by her because I discovered 1 week later that my oil cap was left off** This could have been disastrous but luckily it wasn't. I will never go back.
