I emailed through the website asking for a quote on having my aftermarket coil spring replacement airbags removed and new coils I provided installed. I received a reply asking to bring the truck in for a quote. When I dropped it off that evening the counterworker sad the other guy that was helping me left for the day and they would call in the morning. I also asked for my wheel lugnuts to be retorqued and to have them check an issue with the truck not starting when hot, as well as calling me with a quote. The agent took down the notes and took my keys. He stated the quote would be based on how many labor hours it would take to swap as all parts were provided by myself. He stated labor price is $140 an hour. The next day I received a call that my truck was done, and they could not get the hot start issue to re-occur. I was never advised of a labor cost, nor did I ever approve the work to be done. When I came in to pick up the truck, the agent was on another phone with another customer trying to arrange payment. Another agent was at the desk and said they would be with us shortly. After a 15 minute wait I payed and left very frustrated. I won't be back. $539.99 paid.

The price for the oil change was very high which I was not warned about before hand. The last time I had gone to midas it cost around $40 for an oil change which was awhile ago but I was not expecting it to be OVER $100 before the coupon that I had. If I had a diesel than yes I would expect that price but for a gas suv it was surprising.
The problem I had was fixed in a short amount of time and my truck is in operable condition within one day.
Everything was nice and smooth and Veronica was the most nicest sweet hearted person you could talk to she cared about her customers and that’s the most important.

I wasn’t. My rotors didn’t need to be changed, I was lied to and spent WAY to much to get the back brakes done. Took it else where to get a second opinion and they laughed about how much I was quoted and said the rotors were fine. I just needed new pads. I will never come back here again

When you give a price to do the work don't raise the price after the work is done. Adding another $50.00 for shop supplies after completing the work and having no reason for adding it too the price you told me it would cost is just gets the customer upset. I don't mind the cost but not listing it in the bid and then adding it when we come to get the vehicle makes you think you are just getting screwed.

I called and was able to get in same day for a brake inspection. My brakes were bad, and even though they were really busy they still fit me in and fixed them. They were extremely kind and apologetic for the time it took. I didn't mind the wait at all, I was so happy they were able to fit me in and fix it! They even offered to drive me to pick up my son from school!
