Friendly service, great price, on time.
My last trip to the dealership their service department couldn't even diagnose a ball joint that had gone bad, but Stan took one listen and had that diagnosed in about 5 seconds. So I decided to bring my 2011 Santa Fe in for leaking headers and to change the spark plugs. All the shock and struts needed to be replaced as well since they were running on 96 thousand miles. After the work there was a check engine light on that had us a little bafflled but master mechanic Stan kept running it down until the problem was solved. The vehcile runs and feels like it's brand new!
I almost 6 years customers in Midas I like it never oil change in different places = English is my 3rd language so hard to explain
When you are told "you cant park" in a designated parking space facing the OH for no reason is annoying.You have to figure out that its because the car that is backing out from the inside would take that space to maneuver.
They were able to tell me of upcoming issues and a couple of garages that they would recommend I take my car to as they would not be able to do the repair there. Always friendly and courteous.
I like that Stan is honest and takes the time to show me the issues and to explain things in a way that I understand.
I was told I needed both front wheel bearings replaced, with an estimate of $1,574.92. I did some research and found every estimate at other competitors is much cheaper, with the lowest cost @735 for both front wheel bearings. This makes me a bit suspicious of Midas pricing, as every other place I checked was much lower than your quote.

It was very inexpensive and they were very informative. I just needed an oil change and tire rotation and they gave me a very detailed sheet about other things I might consider taking care of in the future, without trying to sell me anything I didn’t need.
The technician figured out a way to access my blinker that would not cost as much in labor and got the job done.

This is one of the few service businesses that put their customers needs first and they do it with a smile. They are always upfront about everything, giving me options, and pricing. Except for manufacturing warranty work, which Midas cannot do, our vehicles only come to this Midas shop for all other work, for all our vehicles. We have been coming here since my daughter told us about them back in 2011 or so. Will go nowhere else with our vehicles. We used to live 2 miles away, now we live 75 miles away. We still bring our vehicles to Stan and Brenda and the whole crew to help us maintain them. Love this place!

I was shown that my brakes are wearing and will need replacement in a few months. They also let me know the price so I can start saving now. The mechanic found that the sensor in the spare tire is not working and that is the reason for the light staying on.
I got a new set of tires last November and I had a nail in the side wall. I called up Midas and asked if I was still under warranty and ended up getting a new tire that was partially covered with the warranty. I’m happy about it! The managers were super friendly and have always made my time spent at Midas enjoyable. I’ll be bringing my vehicles to midas from here on out.

The price was very steep, I thought. I could have had it done for less elsewhere but the advantage of Midas is the speed at which they get repairs done.

I dropped my car off at 8:50 and asked them to call me as soon as it is done as I will come get it as I had perishable Christmas gifts in my backseat. I didn't get a call so I finally called about 1:30 and they hadn't even started it so I had to wait until I got off work to get my car so didn't get to give our my gifts that day which was very disappointing. I was told I needed a new filter so I told them I would get my boyfriend to do it for me. When he went to replace it, it didn't need replaced. One of the last appointments I was told I needed new tires and I was upset with Costco as it hadn't been that long since I bought them. Costco looked at them and said I do not need new tires.

I made an appointment for a seasonal tire changeover and it was a very reasonable price. The front desk called me as soon as the service was complete and I was able to get my car back within 3 hours.
From my first visit to my current visit the employees are hands down the best of any company. Checking my car in, this time for an oil change, was a breeze. I was early and they took my keys and immediately serviced my car. In little more of an hour I had my car back. I was told about potential problems found. That alone is worth the price of an oil change! Rotate my tires…wow. This was my 5th oil change so this one was free. I had no idea! What a pleasant surprise. I have bought tires there as well. Great price, great service, great people. I would never go anywhere else. Every person I know who owns a car is told by me “Go to Midas!”

I am always highly satisfied with the service I get here. We have been getting ALL our vehicles done here since my daughter recommended them when we moved here, 12 years ago. I recommend them to everyone, and even though we live 75 miles away now, I am not willing to trust my vehicles to anyone else. I give my first name and the vehicle I am bringing in, and they know who I am without asking for more info. I respect their advice on my purchases because they ask me about my needs and how I use the various vehicles and give me options based on that, with their recommendations. This outfit is great! I will make the 75 mile drive into Missoula and do other chores while there, rather than take our vehicles anywhere else until I am too old to make the drive. Stan, Brenda and the whole crew are great. Once I stopped in because the windshield washers weren't working correctly. Within ten minutes they fixed the problem and when I asked how much I owe them, they waved me off and said have a good day! They are the best!

Last time, I got a date/mileage number sticker suggesting when I should return for an oil change. This time I didn't get that. Also, I had some miscommunication when it came to my appointment time, but that problem was fixed before I needed to arrive for my appointment.

They didn’t have parts for 2021 Subaru Outback. I told go to dealership for parts. They were lazy didn’t rotate my tires. The supervisor did know how operate air conditioning in my 2021 Subaru Outback. They need more standard education on newer vehicles

I brought the car into have the loud exhaust system corrected. While I don't question that the mechanics corrected a problem with the system, the loud exhaust system is only slightly improved.

I have been going to this Midas exclusively for three years, and I’ve told many people that it’s the best place in town. They regularly have coupons for a $30 oil change, a price you cannot beat. Brenda is always very helpful in explaining everything, and she really knows her stuff. As a young single woman I appreciate that no one at this Midas has ever been condescending to me. They never try to upcharge on anything or get me to have something done that isn’t necessary. Sometimes they’re busy and I have to schedule an oil change a few days out, but I understand that. I trust this Midas and will continue going to them for all my car maintenance needs.

I have used Midas a few times and always friendly staff and they call me before doing anything additional. They send out coupons that keep the price for oil change reasonable.
The shop was a little bit slower today. Almost 2 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation, and flat repair. Low tire pressure light on dash came on within 10 minutes after leaving shop. Had to return 2 days later for tire pressures rechecked

2 hours for a tire repair, not worth it
i took my dodge ram in to have new wheels and tires installed on my truck few mos ago just recently started having alot of issues with my front end and found out that when they install the fromt tires they put one on backwards now my truck bounces up and d
