Rude associates who didn’t even greet me when I came to get an oil change which made me leave and take my business elsewhere.
I was able to send my boyfriend in w my car at 4pm for a new alternator, and by the time I got out of work to come pick him up, my car was ready for me!! An hour and a half and my cars like new again!
Was scheduled for the exhaust service at another provider. That provider fumbled the appointment. There is a Midas close to me so I drove by to see what kind of wait I was looking at on Saturday. Wait time was shorter than I expected. Price was about the same so I elected to choose Midas. I felt it was a good choice. The quality of the parts and the welds surprised me. Extremely satisfied.

This was a return visit from a prior brake replacement. They were grinding and turned out to be bad so they were replaced. Only reason not highly satisfied is I feel a sub par pad was used if they can be bad.

Bait and switch. My wife called and got an estimate. As soon as she arrived the price increased $100 before she even pulled into the bay. And was going to charge her more for resurfacing disc brakes, than purchasing new rotors. This is the last time I will ever use this location
I was given an estimate on a brake service and when I got there was quotes 1,400 more than what i was originally quotes. I then said I would go somewhere else to have the brakes done at a cheaper price if they could just replace the stripped bolt since they apparently had to break it off to look at my breaks. The mechanic then proceeded to yell from the garage about how stupid I was for having the bolt replaced when I was going somewhere else to the breaks changed. I also was told I needed other service I had gotten done within the past month i.e. a carbon filter and a windshield whipper. My father is a mechanic and had replaced both within the past month. When I told the mechanic this and showed him the receipt and order from where my dad worked on it he insisted he had done it incorrectly and needed to be redone. The staff was rude and talked to me like I was incompetent and my guess was because I am a women.
Because I never paid a hundred and twelve dollars for a oil change way to much.
It was easy to schedule. Serviced within a half hour of being there.

Check your work before releasing vehicle back to customer. A cover required two bolts to properly reinstall & only one was connected. I did not discover until two days later and 350 miles away.

Overall highly satisfied with the experience. Starting with getting an appointment same day and quickly getting an estimate for work desired, and could perform work right away if desired. Staff was friendly even when declined service due to cost. Price was reasonable with the current market, ultimately made the decision truck wasn't worth putting the money into.

Greg was friendly and knowledgeable? he answered the phone right away when I called to find out if they had time to change my oil and how much it would be? they did have time around 3 that day and I made an appointment to come in at that time. I got there a little early and although they seemed somewhat busy they were able to start on my service right on time. The person that actually did my oil change (I can?t for the life of me remember his name) was also very friendly and knowledgeable and communicated a few things that I need to get done in the near future? I knew I needed tires and he confirmed that? I?ll definitely return to this location for any and all of my future car repairs and maintenance!

Honest techs. Had an oil change place tell me I needed new brakes and they would change them. I said no took my car here to Midas and they told me my brakes had 60% brake pad left. They always fix my car.

I thought it might be the muffler. Tech said muffler sounded fine...it was the ball bearing in the wheel. Probably saved me $600. Changed those and sound was gone. All done in about 2.5 hrs...no waiting
