It was an unexpected visit. The gear shift in the car decided to not shift from reverse to drive after work one day. After getting the car towed to Midas they were able to look at it, order the part and fixed it by mid morning the next day.

Took my keys and went to another place for an oil change and they told me that they could not do it because the last place I went (Midas) had stripped mama oil pan. Took it back to Midas and they said it would be fixed by end of day then called and said it would not be ready till next day. They never apologized for the issue and to be honest were it friendly at all. The shop was absolutely DISGUSTING. Lights didn’t even work in the restroom. I will never go back to this location. I honestly wanted to tell other customers that pulled in the parking lot to find somewhere else to take their car. When I picked my car up the manager didn’t even own up to the fact that they had stripped my oil pan even though they KNEW they did or they would have charged me for the repairs. He just said “Sometimes these things just wear out”. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Scott. He is the best and he has been doing work for my cars for 15-20 years. He is hands on with his people. I'll bet they can learn a lot form him. His massistant that was also working on my car was great.
I told the mgr. on duty that I had just had an operation. He agreed to help me and when I checked out he sincerely wished me well. This location had done major work on my wife's bmw and that was a reason for me to continue as a customer.
