Everyone is friendly and explains things well without being patronizing. Cost was explained up front. They are great at general advice in addition to the topic at hand.

I spoke to the lady who quoted me tires and was told they were $220each and that’s correct that is how much they are anywhere But when i arrived suddenly were the highest tires in the world at 333 each which was wrong to tell me to come in they had them and were a reasonable amount and when I’m there four tires were going to cost 1800 km dollars. Then she priced me a different tire and would cost 1180 my bill was 1258 so no I’ll not recommend or go back to the Midas in Fargo ND. I don’t think I was done right at all.

Shelby was extremely helpful. She listened to my story and back history of the issue. She was patient if I had a question for her she would put me on hold and ask the technician and come back with answers. Her explanations were great.

I have been impressed by everyone I've dealt with at this location. It's such a reliable place I brought my car from out of town to have the major repair done because I knew the price would be fair and the quality of workmanship top notch.

Every employee of Midas was very nice and friendly. The technician that was working on my vehicle pointed out a couple of things that were starting to happen with my vehicle that weren’t necessary to fix right away

They got me an appointment that day when everyone else was booked. They were super friendly and still took my car in even after I was over 30 mins late. They even found tires in my price range when the ones I wanted were out of stock.

Went in to get an oil change and also have my headlights fixed and was happy they explained everything to me and then come to find out my headlight was find and the headlights I was going to purchase wasn’t what I had on my vehicle. And they explained in detail the difference was with my headlight and that I was better off waiting for my headlight to go bad and then come in and get them replaced. Very happy with the experience, the communication, the willingness to assist me.

I called when my vehicle randomly broke down out of town, the employee told me to bring it right in and he would have it looked at ASAP, he even gave suggestions on towing services to call, and they managed to finish my surprise issue by the end of the work day which happened to be just before the weekend!

I called asking when they could get me in for a battery replacement and he said I could come right away. I got there and they got to work right away and were done quickly.

Along with the scheduled service an inspection was done and found important issues that need to be fixed.

Fast and professional service

They told me my alternator was bad and it would be almost 700 to replace it and I called ny regular guy and brought it there instead where it was found out that the battery was in fact the issue and my alternator was perfect still and regardless, the price for a new alternator and labor for my car year should only be about 400 maybe a little more but not more than 500. They tried to scam me out of 700 bucks.

It was quick and easy. I have been going to Midas for years and I’m always well taken care of. The staff is up front with what needs to be done asap and what can wait.

Honest, communicative, and didn’t try to up sale

I had a chirping sound with my brakes and Ray was able to identify the issue and fix it very quickly. He really knows his stuff and now my issue is fixed!

Ray did an amazing job showing me what was broken on my vehicle. He also was great at communicating the risks of why the problem happened. Shelby did a great job creating me and getting me in to be seen so soon. She was fantastic at telling me how much it was going to be to fix my car! All around everyone was super welcoming and helpful!

They told me they were going to check fluids like my washer fluid and they didn't.

Won’t be back I am moving out of state. The Midas store in Fargo was great during my time in Fargo. But it’s time to move home to Montana.

When I first called the lady was more than happy to set up an appointment. I had to cancel and the guy offered to set up another for me. When I arrived I asked how long it would take since I unexpectedly had to work later that morning. They kept that in mind and she went above and beyond to be sure that she checked me out and notified me of suggested services. I was really pleased and surprised at that because she stayed aware of that and it was very much appreciated. Unfortunately I had the service done a few days ago and I forgot their names, but there was someone there training the front desk representative and they were both excellent representatives for your company. The building was very clean and they handled all the customers after me with the same care and respect. The refreshments and entertainment were much appreciated as well.

Shown me why I needed an oil change, I said I had one a month ago, I wanted someone to explain the need. I would've liked to see the oil filter and the oil.

They were very welcoming and got my car in very quickly for the oil change. I scheduled my visit in the morning and they were able to get me in that afternoon.

Explain to your customers what you are doing before you do it. Give your customers the opportunity to make a decision if they want an estimate on all of your services. That’s not integrity!

I have been going to Fargo Midas for years, c/o old MRG. Mike. I purchased new Firestone tires a year or so back from Mike. So I scheduled a routine tire rotation n oil change. The price of the oil change was never mentioned. After paying for the oil change I asked the attendant, so next rotation every other oil change or 7,000 miles? The attendant said nothing but the Mrg. Came out and said. Every other oil change is old school thinking. He then went on to say "that if the car is running good, let the car take care of it's self "??? What the heck is that mean. Tire warranty is important to me and my car. Let the car take care of itself??? Plus they put the wrong Information indicator on the windshield. Mileage was written wrong. Going forward I will take my business elsewhere. Never to return or mention anyone for service.

The work was done quickly when there was a two-week wait in other auto shops. Seemed very professionally done and the mechanic, Christian was very helpful and thorough.

The general manager at this location was absolutely amazing and so were all of the staff! They checked in often and had small chats with me also, I definitely enjoyed sitting there, and I was dreading it before hand. Thank you Midas team!

Do the work that is stated about tire rotation and inspection. The passenger side rear brake is shot and makes lots of noise which anyone would have been able to tell just by driving it into the shop.

My battery was dying on a -20 morning. Live 200 miles away. Manager got a battery and had it installed in an hour. I was very happy.

The manager there was so friendly to me and helped me get a great deal on tires. They were quick getting my car done. The manager even went and picked up the tires for me ! It was a great experience.

I went in for an oil change and front windshield washer that didn't work. They did the work requested and then did a thorough exam of my car. He explained to me items that should be repaired/replaced and gave me an estimate of the work that is needed. I will return soon to get the needed repairs.

The return call to confirm my preferred schedule was very prompt considering I called mid morning! Got me in on time, called and explained estimate at scheduled time. However, I must interject that I was not informed of muffler options and prices. I took what they told me over the phone. Tailpipe and muffler replaced within the time frame they allotted. When I came to get vehicle. Staff was very friendly and also informed me of a manifold leak which they stated they do not work on manifolds, but will give me some references when I am ready to fix that. Very pleased.

I had the same work done at this location before. I was told they do not honor any warrantee on brakes for rack n pinion. $2000. plus dollars to do same work they had done before. Hard has to trust a place who does inferior work and refuses to honor their lifetime warrantee. when they are questioned then they remove $69.00 on work of over $2000. done in the past and had to be done again. Midas nationwide will not be recommended by me.

It felt like an average expericence. It didn't blow me away. It also was not bad at all. I was satisfied with my visit. The employee was very friendly and I was notified of issues and cost before there was work done on the vehicle.

Few days after the service my car's wheel was about to run apart from the car as it seems Midas didn't put the bolts of the wheel tightly. It was going to be a bad accident. However, i parked the car immediately when i noticed the sway of my car side by side. After stopping the car i saw one bolt of the wheel is missing and others are very loose.
