Midas is right down the road from our home in Bellevue. It was easy to schedule online and the work was done well. They even encountered a slight issue with my wheels having locking lug nuts and solved the problem on the spot. No upselling. Most parts and wheels need to be ordered so it was a good chunk of the day but they were quick to get me home. Thank you all.

I didn't give a Highly Satisfied rating mainly because I'm use to having the vehicle checked out when I get oil changes. Normally they check the tire tread, other fluids and such. This did not happen and I didn't think about it until I got home and looked at my receipt. There were other people waiting in the lobby so I just moved along when the mechanic was finished. I guess Midas doesn't offer those services anymore. Rather disappointed.

IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT THE TECH DID A HALF ASSED JOB SINCE THE PAPERWORK WAS INCOMPLETE AS WELL. THIS USED TO BE MY GO TO PLACE FOR CAR CARE BUT NOW I DON'T TRUST THE WORK.

Highly satisfied just feels like overkill
Our car wouldn't start using the remote start or the key. We tried using a portable jump start and couldn't get the clamp to stay on the positive terminal. Eventually, we got it started and made our way to Midas. Despite not having an appointment, they were able to get our battery delivered and installed within about an hour! We appreciated that, especially since we had to pick up our grandson from school. We have been using them for years, and will continue to do so!

I originally scheduled my appointment online. I did not receive a call, just an e-mail confirmation that my appointment was moved to another day. I called the shop and they got my appointment moved to the correct day. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. They resolved the error quickly and got my car in right away. I miss having Rick at this location. He was very organized and I never had an issue while he was running the show. Not a huge deal and I appreciated the great service.

Always room for improvement. Had requested an appointment a week earlier but heard nothing.., no email or phone confirmation of appointment. So I tried again. First time that's happened in about the 10 years I've been going there.
The problem that the codes detected was one that should not have been happening with our 2 year old car. They informed us of the possible price and asked if we were had a warranty. They could order the correct part, but it would take until Monday. We appreciate their input, and that they were not looking to just make a quick sale. We have always appreciated that they do this. They will say this and this needs to be done now, and you can wait a couple of months or a month depending on what needs to fixed. And they show you the part that needed replacing when it comes off!

The coupon shows that rotation of the tires is an included service, but it wasn’t done. Service was a little more for just an oil change than I would have expected at $82. But, they did a good job and didn’t try to gouge us with unneeded services or parts. I have a great deal of appreciation for that. A trustworthy branch with friendly, straightforward service.

I visited on 09/2022, and my brake pads were checked and deemed ok. I returned when I got tires at another location, and they recommended I replace the brakes. The weather was bad, and I noticed shaking while I was breaking. I brought it in, and it was my calipers. My brake pads were replaced as well because I have a lifetime warranty. The staff at the Bellevue Midas is always friendly, so even though I live closer to the Omaha locations, I go back to Bellevue.

The pricing was not discussed at all with me and ended up costing much more than I anticipated. There was no review of services provided on the vehicle. I had some sticker shock and buyers remorse for having an oil change completed.

I don't know if Rick is the owner or the store manager, but I would encourage Midas to use his customer interaction as the benchmark for the company. He is friendly, honest, and explains any issues with our vehicles in a way that makes sense. He is also very responsive and I feel like he has my best interests in mind. He is the reason we will use this Midas for all of our car needs in the future.
When scheduling appt he knew what kind of vehicle I had and did not verify what I kind of oil change I was doing. I know someone that has a Tahoe and the manager in southwest omaha location did the synthetic oil change for him.

We have been using Midas for years. They have always been fair and honest with us and we will continue to depend on them to maintain our vehicle.
They took forever to do an inspection first of all, even when I told them I was in a hurry. Then they realized they didnt have the filter for my car, so had to wait one to get delivered. Then they must have rushed and did a crappy job on changing my oil cause they forgot the seal. I leaked oil everywhere, its all over my driveway. I am really mad because I even paid for the high milage package, what a waste. Then to top it off I had to pay for the seal. I want a full refund!!!!
I scheduled 2 oil changes but only got put on the books. I had one for 10 and one for 1. I think it was just a miscommunication and I can understand why. I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty that has been there before and a 2004 Jeep Liberty that has not. I did the scheduling on line and I think they thought I scheduled the appointment twice. When I got there the appointment at 10 wasn't scheduled but the one for 1 was. Even though they were very busy they still did the oil change at 10 that wasn't scheduled. I was in and out in no time.

I have had all my vehicles serviced at Midas since 1984. I find the employees knowledgeable and friendly. I trust them to give me honest answers and helpful advice. I have never been let down by the team on Fort Crook road. Gerald and Kevin have been long time employees, I can I appreciate that we have "grown up" together. I was told they were going to check my fluid, tires, fill my wiper fluid, etc. I don't know if they did all that but I do know they didn't fill my washer fluid as my light indicator says I need to fill it.

I had a coupon for a 29.95 oil change. The guy running the place asked if I wanted full synthetic oil, he never explained that this was almost 3 times the amount. When the truck was done he tells me that the bill is 101. Something, when I complained he did something and reduced it to 93.00. This guy was very misleading and I think he did it on purpose.I will never return to a Midas location.

I used them for my truck exhaust a while back. I had a tpms light and service tpms system come up. I bought the sensors from an reputable online auto parts store. Firestone who I usually get my tires from said to kick rocks. So I called Midas. They said no problem shouldn't take to long to install them. So they work, the system has been serviced and I'm happy. They charged me a fair price as well.

We have brought our vehicles here for years. I brought my new jeep in for its first oil change and had a coupon for $24.99.When I picked it up I was charged $36. I asked why it was more and was told it must be the oil filter. Not happy this time.
This may be an underappreciated place to get an oil change. Their basic price is really good and it is easy to find a $5 coupon. I made an appointment and they got me in and out quickly. They may mention other service options but they won't pressure you to take them.
