The staff at Midas is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are very accommodating when we call and ask to drop off our car on a Saturday morning and they always get it serviced that day.

Had oil change appt for 9:00 am - was told it would be 45 minutes. Was 10:20 when the car was ready. Car was not vacuumed at all. They ALWAYS tell me it needs a new air filter whether it does or not - seems like they are trying to sell you something you do not need!

I would have liked to know that the pricing that was promised wouldn't be available when I made the appointment, or at least before I drove all the way to the shop for the appointment. Was not told that pricing had changed until they were ready to drive my vehicle into the shop.

I needed my front tires balanced and they are directional tires and they put them back on wrong. My husband noticed this and i called and complained. the manager was nice and took care of the problem. The tech needs to be trained for this or maybe he wasn't paying enough attention.

I was Highly Satisfied with my Midas experience because the the service was done quickly; an appointment was made quickly, and the overall experience was pleasant, efficient, and customer-centered.

Upon getting back into my vehicle there was dirt and grime on the gear shifter and steering wheel.

The ease of making an appointment to fit my schedule, the coupon I received in the mail and friendliness of the employees.

Got in quick. They called an explain the issue and my options along with the prices.

I felt I was charged too much for 1/12 hrs of work, they said it would take longer so I thought the labor was gonna be close but when they finished it faster I think shouldn’t have been charged $400 for an hour and half work!!

I loved that they were willing to help me fix my car’s many problems. They helped reassure me that what was wrong needed to be fixed and gave me a reasonable price.

I had previously purchased a case of oil and filter at a NAPA location. My mother was hospitalized and I needed to get my oil changed before I drove her the 3 1/2 hour trip home. I stopped at another oil change service center in Kearney and they informed me they could not/would not use my oil and filter, and they told me that I wouldn't find a service center that would. I stopped at Midas and explained my situation. The manager was very obliging to get my car in for service that day and willingly used the oil and filter I had. It was a very pleasant experience and if ever in the Kearney area, I will stop in again.

They were very friendly and explained what they were doing. Also told me what else they found doing the inspection and what needs done and how much. They were very good to work with.

Check engine light was on. Issue was diagnosed quickly. Low voltage issue requiring battery replacement. Installation was done in a short amount of time.

We had major problems with our vehicle when we brought it in due to needing to have a new battery installed and then having major problems with getting car going because it kept blowing fuses. After the people at Midas (a number of them) worked with it it was discovered they could not fix it because it was a Toyota and would have to go to a dealer to solve problem. They did everything they could and went above and beyond trying to solve problem. We are very grateful to them and would recommend them toi anyone!!

After several hours of work and $760, 5hrs later I would be paying yet another mechanic to replace the very belt I took it in for! I was pleased in the beginning with what I thought was good service just to get 5hrs down the road and lose my belt on the highway AGAIN!! Having to pay more money for the job I took it to Midas for is extremely infuriating!!

The listed pricing on your website and ads are clearly lies just to help you scan customers out of money. At Graham Tires my oil change and tire rotation would be $60. The fact that you charge $90 or more for these services truly shows you have no value for honest business. I will never return to this location and will advise others to avoid your location as well.
