Allow me to choose the oil for my vehicle. Complete the work promised, and communicate when the work is complete. Not soil the interior of my vehicle during the service.

Higher better technicians. Long time customer of over 15 years. Quality of service has gone down ever since previous owner left. Vehicle inspection was never done. Found an oily used shop rag in my air intact system. Windshield washer reservoir was nearly empty and cap was off. Coolant reservoir was well below minimum fluid level. All of this would have been done with the inspection which was part of my appointment that had to be rescheduled due to staffing issue. Who knows what else was missed so will need to take vehicle to dealership to ensure roadworthy for upcoming holiday trip.
They took care of what I needed done in a timely manner and did not overcharge.
Second time in 6 weeks I have brought my car in. Both times there have been hand prints left on my dash and door interior.

I scheduled an appt online for the following day. I received a call about 5 hours later that there was no availability during the timeframe I selected. I had to select another day.

The mechanics seemed like they were not happy to be there which leads to wonder if any corners are being cut during the job.
The visit was short and sweet, the cost of the repairs okay. I won’t be returning because I’m moving to Mississippi.
I asked Ed to check brakes and a squeak. He said the brakes were good but as soon as I picked the vehicle I heard the squeak. He said they did not hear a squeak. I don't think Ed had anyone actually listen.
Staff listened to my description of problem and took time to find the source, proposed remedy, including price.
Thayer was friendly and helpful. We asked him to check the brakes and was honest and called and said the brakes were fine.

I have been coming to this mitis location for over 20 years and probably three vehicles. They don’t over sell, they recommend. Brett always greets me with a smile when I come in. If there is some thing that needs attention, he brings it to me and let me decide if I would like to complete the needed service at that time which I usually do. I’ve never had an issue with any of the mechanics are any of the work that they have completed?
All the folks I deal with at Midas are very professional, and friendly at the same time. They explain what they find in terms that are easy to understand and explain what is needed to correct the problem in the same way. They are willing to answer my questions. They are great to deal with!

We brought our car in for an oil change on a Saturday. They were busy, but still were very nice and got the oil changed quickly and efficiently. The Associate was helpful and explained what maintenance items needed to be done on our vehicle. We will definitely return here for service in the future.

I always return to this location for service on my car. I never feel pressured to purchase additional services or parts. Time is always taken to explain what is going on with my car and the fact that they know me by name makes a difference to me. I will continue to go to this location.

I've been going to Midas for about 5 yers, never problem.
The service is always perfect. Scheduling appointment is always top notch. Every time I come in for an oil change the service is great and the store is clean.
I have gone into a few other car places before where I ask for one or two things to be, they do them, but then they try to add on so many little things that seem like made up problems and I always refused. When I went in, I had two problems that had been bothering me with my car, and the people at Midas were able to fix them and explained it in a way that I could understand. They did not mention any strange problems that I could not understand. The person who helped me kept everything straight to the point. I was not expecting them to fix my tire that I had been having trouble with for years, I asked them to fill it, but they figured out the issue to my suprise and asked if they could fix it for a decent price! They pointed out some problems I could look into fixing in the future, but were not immediate issues and they gave me good estimates on the pricing. I did not feel like I was being talked down too, which has happened before at other car shops. I am very satisfied with my visit and I plan on coming back again and again. I also always appreciate the coupons Midas has all the time as well!
