Suggestions: more parking, bigger customer waiting area and maybe some sort of discount on the service bill for those that wait an hour or longer.

For exhaust work that rook an hour, the total labor charge was $350. I realize that labor is always a major component for repairs. However, this really seems over the top to me.
I have been going to the same Midas since 2004. Since I have been going, the same 4 people have been there. I never feel like I am being taken to the cleaners. I have 4 cars that go there on a regular basis. I trust everyone that works there. Don't know what I would if the core group left.

There was transparency with how long the service was going to take and it was completed far before I had expected which was an incredible feeling. My car will not run now. I had my oil changed on Saturday and it was running fine and now it is broken and will not run. I am taking it back in the morning so hopefully they can fix whatever they messed up.

Made appointment for front tires on Monday to come in Tuesday. Had to call and delay til Wednesday. Arrived before scheduled time. He said no appointment and sold me different tires, road hazard, and price. Took two and a half hours to even pull my vehicle in.

I talk to a representative at wanted the oil change due to the engine getting hot and they didn’t have it done but as soon as I talk to them they went ahead and did it.
The service is always fast, friendly, and fairly priced. I go to the Midas near 72nd and Dodge (in Omaha) because it’s close to my work. I usually drop my car off and walk to work when I need something done.

I have been going to this Midas for over 20 years, I work with Joe Fayen and his team. I love and trust Joe. People walk in there and ask for him all the time. I go no where else. I highly recommend him a lot. I hope I don’t ever have to look for another
They had an oil service sign stating it was $39.99, I called to schedule an appt and stated I wanted to schedule the oil change for $39.99, agent confirmed. When I arrived, the person at the desk took my keys and my vehicle was immediately taken into a bay, the associate asked what type of oil was used for my last oil change to which I responded I think high mileage. When I was asked to check out after my oil change was done, he stated the total was $68.30. I again stated I scheduled it on the phone and was confirmed for the sale price. He said the high mileage oil is not part of the sale. Did not say that I wanted that oil, was just asked which oil was used on my previous change. Then after leaving, my check engine light was on. Overall, their communication was not as agreed to while scheduling.

I have been going to midas for over 25 years and I know that the people there will always do there best to help me fix my car they are kind and know there job like the back of there hands the only thing I whish is that they would get there car parts from the inter net now to get there customers better pricing on parts
Despite being crazy busy, 20 minutes before close, the associates (especially Leslie and Joe, but everyone was great) were patient and took their time helping me and checking in on me when the wait at pickup was longer than expected. They also got me in the next day for additional repairs. Cost was communicated to me up front, and I’m confident that the repair work is excellent.

I was surprised that the person who cashed me out didn't go over the sheet of inspection info that said they suggested new tires, etc. I understand some people don't want extra suggestions and I don't appreciate pressure either, but I have gone to other Midas locations and they typically provide a timeline or let me know how high priority certain repairs are if I'm not wanting to do them that day. It's helpful for budgeting and planning to know what's coming down the road.

I have been taking my 1996 Toyota Corolla to the same Midas location for the last 16 years and I have never had a problem. This time, my driver side door was fixed for me so that it would no longer squeal when I open or close it. It looks like a replacement part was used. I did not ask for this and was not charged. I appreciate the consideration.
Service was provided for brake and shock repair. We needed to coordinate repair between daughter living locally and out of state parents. Communication was easy, clear and understanding at every step of the repair. Costs were clearly and completely explained, including options. Repairs were completed quickly.

Unexpected flat tire on Sunday night. Dropped car Sunday night with keys in drop box noting repair. Didn't have an appt and as always midas team squeezed vehicle in & resolved the by mid Monday for pick up. Couldn't ask for a better car repair team. I haven't been to an actual mechanic shop in years due to I was treated poorly at a shop (NOT midas) because I was a woman with no man by my side. My roommate convinced me to find a shop to take my car to after we did some work. I randomly picked this shop and I couldn't be happier. The gentleman working on my car treated me with respect. Showed me the issue. Talked to me. Had to have more work than planned done on car but i didnt feel like i was being upcharged or suckered. He Explained everything. And was all around awesome. And I feel 100% like he genuinely cared about my safety first and the customer service I received was above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Bought my tires from Midas, had a leak in one of them. I dropped it off to get fixed, wasn't in a hurry, they called me back in about 4 hours and said it was ready. When i went to pick it up the low tire pressure light was still on, had to wait about half hour to get it fixed. They where very short staffed that day, and Joe the manager explained everything to me. He has always been strait forward and honest with me. Will always take my cars here.

My car unexpectedly broke down. Midas answered the call in taking my car unexpectedly, providing a tow service and making the repair the same day-which I really had not expected. This specific Midas store has ALWAYS had excellent customer service, excellent rapport with their customers and excellent mechanics. Never once have I returned a vehicle for "warranty" work, which I cannot say for other repair shops. I choose to take my vehicle to Midas instead of the dealership for no other reason than their professionalism outshines any other company I have ever dealt with. I cannot say enough good things about Joe and the Midas gang on Dodge Street.

My family has brought a lot of business to this shop and has been very loyal so it’s disappointing that this happened with things said like they spent 3 hours cleaning it and washed it when the car still had oil stains and they wouldn’t have had to do the extra work if the oil change was done correctly in the first place. A refund wasn’t even offered til I had to ask for one. Always love Joe and he is a great manager and is always helpful. But, my family will not be bringing any of our cars back to Midas again.

Approximately 6-8 months later my front end suspension problems returned while i was on vacation in Omaha.The Omaha Midas honored the warranty of the parts without having any Chicago paperwork.The Omaha Midas did the repairs quickly despite the paperwork lag from the Chicago Midas.It was refreshing to have the Omaha Midas honored the Company name and warranty

They do a good job of telling me the issues the vehicle is having they are very open with the issues and tend to be able to tell me what i need and are willing to help me triage the issues that should be tackled first this last visit i was rather happy they ended up fixing a issue that i'd been having with the vehicle that was not on the list of issues it was a small thing and not a terrible hard fix ( Positive lead coupler for the Battery ) and i don't doubt it was a situation of ( this is annoying me when i go to test drive it )but i appreciate that, it's one less thing i have to worry about since up to that point i had held it on with dielectric grease and luck

THIS IS THE REVIEW I WROTE ON YELP:Once again, this crew has made me even more confident in them then they did last time I used them for repairs. I booked for this morning to have the undercarriage on my truck inspected after a mishap, and driving with a newly acquired clunk under the front end. Upon inspection they showed me it was merely a broken stabilizer and suggested I have them replace both sides. I couldn't believe, as busy as they are, they had me in and out in an hour. Again, the service and attentiveness of the employees here is superb and I would recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicles. I know for one thing, they are honest and trustworthy and are there to keep your vehicle running as it should. Absolutely awesome job Midas, if I could give you all a trip to Cancun, I would!!

I go out of my way to take my cars to THIS Midas (have not been satisfied with ones closer to my house). They are friendly, the appointment process is easy, and I trust them.
I checked in at 1:00 p.m. for an oil change and was out of there by a little after 2:p.m..The gentleman I dealt with from beginning to end was very friendly and informative. I was never pressured into having any other services done but was informed of some of the things that would need servicing in the near future. I will be going back when those issues need addressing. I was very pleased with the service I got and would recomend them to a friend!🤗

I needed an oil change 500 miles ago and they were able to get me right in and out at my convenience. The cost was very reasonable and the staff was very friendly and professional. It's my new go to spot for my Charger.
I've always enjoyed doing business at this Midas store because I find the guys honest and professional. They did a great job on suspension, brakes and muffler repairs previously.I rec'd the $17.76 oil change special and it went well. Except it was supposed to include a tire rotation but I don't think they did that.I'll return for next service to Midas, depending on pricing of oil change.
