The manager is usually very helpful and communicates very well. This time when picking up i asked to have the break down printed out so i could understand why it took so long and he turned his monitor around to show me. He was very antsy and i felt like he was not telling the truth on how long it took and that the mechanic did not do the work very quickly. It was a very strange interaction and it made me think about going to a different location. Im not sure if he just had an off day, but there were zero cars in the bay to be worked on and his stress might have been because there was no other work lined up for his mechanics.

Charged for wipers before they attempted to install. Then had to call 2 other stores to get refund code for credit card. Then suggested I go to the parts store, get the correct blades, and return for them to install. FYI at the parts store they installed the correct blades.
I have been A Midas customer for years. I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my vehicle!
I was not impressed by lack of attention. In December we brought in our delivery ruck and asked it to be winterized, needed an oil change , tires and check the brakes. Front tires and brakes were replaced and oil got changed. Took it in in January as we had some lights that were not working and needed a brake flush. They replaced lights and told us we needed rear tires, and called us to say we needed rear Brakes when they removed the tires. I questioned why tis was not all checked in December when we took it there. The Manager told me since we Brought it in on his day off that it didn't get checked out properly. We bring our Fleet vehicles for Enterprise Leasing there and I informed him I was not happy. If that is how they were going to be handling our vehicles that maybe I would need to take them elsewhere to get done correctly. He seemed to have excuses and I told them he needs to have his staff trained better to acomidate our needs.

I took from 9 am-2:30 pm on the Wednesday for someone to pick up the phone for me to be able to schedule my oil change. Otherwise. I have never had concerns. Great job.
Had oil changed and made it about 8 miles before my car was out of oil with the 6 quarts of oil sprayed all over my car due to not putting oil filter on properly. I was stranded in the cold for about 1,5 hours waiting for a tow. They did do there best to fix and clean the mess but it’s nearly impossible to clean all the oil off everything without completely tearing the car apart. The vehicle was shut off right away once problem was noticed but you can’t help to think what unseen internal damage there could be that may take a few miles or month before issues arise from driving the vehicle out of oil within minutes of the oil change.

Went to another repair shop to repair what Midas supposedly repaired. They did not tighten the bolts to spec so car still had rattle. Once other repair shop tightened to specs the rattle was gone.
