I arrived for my scheduled 8 o’clock appointment at 8:01. I was greeted, the man at the desk found my work order in his pile of papers by name, asked for my keys, and my car was in a bay in minutes. My car left the bay at 8:35, and I was impressed with the timing. Next time, I will call the garage prior to the appointment and ask what the cost is for parts so I know ahead of time.
