Although the cost was much higher than I would have liked, the technician was able to do an oil change, brakes w/rotors, as well as a major wheel repair with little prior notice.The communication was excellent, the repair time was appropriate, and the location was well kept.
Bill went above and beyond to help me with my breaks, I came in because they were grinding he took it in for an inspection and came back with a detailed answer, he broke down each price and why it was needed, when I ran into a problem with being a little bit short on the bill he was able to help me with financing and a small discount. Bill was extremely friendly with me and my two children, it was a really great experience for going in being so anxious.

The reason that I have been using the Manchester (NH) Midas location for over eight years is the staff. From the technicians, mechanics, supervisors to the managers, the staff is the best that I have found. They are friendly, knowledgeable and have earned my trust. There use to be drinks available there to have while waiting. There are none now, it feels like they did this because of originally COVID, but now it feels like it's just to save a couple of extra bucks.

I used my roadside assistence when my car failed to start. By calling ahead, my mechanic and I thought it was likely that my fuel pump may be at fault, but we couldn't know for sure until they could do a diagnostic. I sent my car ahead with the tow truck and was sure it would be recieved safely. When my mechanic called to affirm our theory, he explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimation of the costs involved. My car was ready the following day. I'd like to thank "Bill" for his time and patience in explaining the repair, and also "Dan", who followed up carefully. Midas in Manchester is my go-to shop. They have always been dependable and friendly.

They use to have a more friendly environment in the waiting area, a coffee bar, a fridge with soda options, a water fountain that works (it does not currently). I had to fill my water bottle from the bathroom sink, which is not the end of the world, but I wish there was another space that I could have filled my water bottle.

I scheduled my car in because I had the brakes replaced last year and I was having a lot of "bumping" when braking. The associate at the desk was so friendly and helpful, told me if the job was covered that they'd just take care of it, if not they'd call me. My car was ready, no charge within 4 hours.

I got all four breaks done on my VW not that long ago rotors and pads for $500.00 this last appointment was just for front breaks and rotors and the cost was more than $500 for half the labor and parts as my last visit. Prices are insane and unsustainable for working class Americans. Front pads and rotors should not bemore than $258.99
Jerimiah scheduled my appointment when I asked/needed service done. My technician, Chris, got job done in a better than timely manner. Job was completed earlier than expected.
One of the mechanics had trouble finding a part for my vehicle that I was told was on the premises, so the manager, named Jeremiah, took very good care of me. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Despite the set back, I will continue to be a loyal customer due to Jeremiah’s effort to make sure I was happy with my visit.

Very easy to schedule the appointment and met all the needs that I was asking for. Very straight forward with pricing details and expectations for time. Only downside is that I paid $1400 for services, if I had the time, that I could have completed for under $500. That is a big price burden to bear.

Running a oil change special for $19.99 but tell you they backed up 2 hours when they have 7-8 bays and only 2 bays had cars in them. The parking lot was very quiet as was the waiting room. Only people seen are Midas workers!
