It took a very long time for my car to be done even with an appointment. It was also pricey compared to competitors

Making a appointment was easy. I did it online with a message they would call me within 30 minutes. They called me back within 5 - 10 minutes.

It was totally bad. The appointment is to get state inspection. They were quoting $450 dollars for break work without which they said the inspection will not pass. They failed the state inspection and when I decided to bring it to another inspection services across Firestone, they said some there is nothing wrong with break functionality and inspection is passed without any required work. I see this is exploitation to force the customer doing unnecessary work in the name of state inspection

Outstanding performance and service

Very pleased with the speed of the service and friendliness of the staff.Went in for annual state inspection, asked for oil change if they had time. They took care of it all quickly, including rotating the tires (something the other oil change folks don't do). I had them also change the oil in the differentials since it was coming due and all is good.
