I got in very quickly and the staff were quite friendly. PJ and his team were communicative and I appreciated the pictures of the problems. They were able to do the work in a short amount of time and very professionally.

I found the service techinician, perhaps manager ? very kind and helpful. A previous attempt for this same service at Jiffy Lube proved extremely problematic with them stating they couldnt remove my rear wheels and conduct the inspection because of stripped lugnuts and after waiting all day, sent me home without an inspection. which brought me to the Midas just next door to them. Midas performed the inspection without a problem, on a satisfactory timeline. Went a little above and beyond to be helpful and nice. I will go back there for my car needs from now on.

Cost was way to high but I had to pay it in order to get car fixed

I dropped my car off at 1pm on a Wednesday for them to take a look and see what was going on and by 4pm they had called me with a diagnosis and a quoted price. I had my car back by 11am the next day!

I brought my car in for an inspection. The appointment process was very easy and I was able to get the appointment I wanted. The tech was very nice and explained what he was doing and then later recommend things I would need done in the future and gave me a quote. He answered all my questions and addressed .y concerns. It's worth mentioning that when I first arrived another customer was arguing with him, and he was very polite and nice even tho the customer wasn't. Overall great shop. I will be returning

I tried to call last week for an oil change and it was well beyond their closing time at least two hours and then today on 20 March at 3:30 in the afternoon they turned me away for an inspection sticker so now two times I get to take my business somewhere
