Quick. Did a great job

Apparently I did not click the right button when I scheduled the oil change. He reluctantly put it in for me. When I asked if the tire rotation is still included as the coupon states he said no, it will be $22.50. So I said if you don't include it for no charge like the coupon says,I'm leaving and he said fine. Meanwhile there where no cars in the garage and the 2 techs were sitting doing nothing and on their phones. Just wow! Really??

The guys were all very nice and friendly, especially Jeff. He is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained(and showed me) how to check the size of my tires because I plan to come back for tires towards the end of the month and gave me excellent reccomendations on the tires I should get. My oil change was quick, and when I asked one of the guys if he minded filling one of my tires with a little air(I feel bad I don't know his name) he was very pleasant and did exactly what I had asked with no hesitation. I will highly reccomend this location to friends and family.

I have been using this Midas shop for car service for at least the past 10 years. I understand the shop just has an ownership change. It appears that the new ownership tries to do anything and everything to rip the customer off.

Not a big deal, but their printer was out of ink/toner, and couldn't print a receipt, had to return for it; also a little confusion on rebates. But would definitely return, staff is great, and never a problem with quality of service.

Shop and people were great. Part store screw up not so much.

They gave me an inspection sticker and did not check any safty issues my breaks went a few days latter so if they checked them I would have known that day of service

The car to be towed in- as one of my wheels was coming off. The crew at Midas had installed new studs on the hub and cleaned up the back side of wheels and rotors before I could drive in to the shop. Excellent service- performed above my expectations.

This place such for inspection. They check everything even a place that you think it not Excess And trying to reject you. I have 03 caddy and I have no idea that someone Spray foam Where the Car lift And rejected me.

Had to file a corporate complaint against this business. They said they did work they never did. They claim to fix all the lights etc and there was no check engine light on, there is proof the check engine light was on when it was there and they still put a inspection sticker on there as well. I have a copy of the inspection report and they also left out the vehicle had all new ball joints and other work done! Again having Kevin Morales from Highline Auto sending this company tons of work, doesn't meaN you do him a favor and sticker a vehicle that should NEVER have passes. By them doing this they stuck me with $3,777.02 out of pocket expenses to fix the truck so it passed LEGAL inspection.

They put an illegal inspection sticker on my truck, cause Highline Auto of Salem NH. Paid them to pass it. Then they had to go back and put two mufflers and a catalytic convertor on as they passed the truck with also a check engine light on, headlight out, brake lights out, reverse lights out, 4x4 hubs frozen solid and the list goes on.
