From the time that I called to make the appointment with Mike who was very nice in helping me get the appointment that I needed.I had to call back before my appointment in telling that that I would be late and they said no problem I will definitely recommend and go back.Mike answered all my questions and questions for future reference for my other vehicles

I have taken my cars to Midas for years. Its location is convenient for me as I live a short distance away and can walk home if needed and walk back when done. They are always up front with what is needed to get my car in working order again. I know beforehand how much and what needs to be done before they do the repairs. I may not be happy about the cost but it is what it is because I need my vehicle to be safe to drive.

I have always been very happy with the services at my Midas. However, this time I was quite upset with the amount of greasy hand/finger prints on and inside my car. Whether the total change in personnel since my last visit was part of the problem or not, i was very disappointed, after I spent more than $1,000 on this visit!

Double flat repair out of state on vacation.. Fckng nightmare. Brought to Midas because out of multiple garages, auto shops etc., in area, they were the only ones that provided a inside patch repair, as apposed to a simple plug offered by all others I called, 8 altogether… Inside patch and plugs are much more reliable then just a simple plug, because tire is taken off rim, sanded down inside, and then patched, plugs are from outside. You’ll pay a tad more for this repair, but tire is basically bran new after this type of fix, as apposed to other. Feel 💯 % confident after vacations over, driving 4 hrs back up North.

I had to have my car towed in. I called frequently for 2 hours and nobody answered the phone. The manager had an emergency at home and was 2 hours late. Seems to me that maybe the head mechanic could have a key to open up. I was told before I left to go home that the part was ordered and was on the way. I left around 11am to go home and wait for them to call me when they were done with my car. They kept telling me they were waiting for the part. My final phone call was a little after five pm. Midas was open until 6pm. NOBODY answered my calls after trying a few times more. I had to walk 10 minutes to Midas only to find out the part “had JUST arrived. Needless to say my car wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I was very upset as I lost time from my job. I then had to turn around and walk 10 minutes back home which is not an easy thing for me to do as I am 70 years old and it’s difficult to walk long distances. It could have all been avoided if Midas had just answered their phone.

The technician said he would tighten the bolt for me but I guess he forgot cause I think he hurry to go home. (It's was at 6pm and that when the store closed for the day)

Scheduled an appt online for the 29.99 promo.the price was $65.00. I had to dispute the $65 just to get the price down to $37. once I arrived my car sat outside for an hr while peoples cars after me was brought in. I had to ask how long before my car was going to be brought in and was told another 30 mins. Then they tried to scam me with the final price.

I have been a Midas credit card holder in good standing for years and have used it many times to pay for repairs. However after agreeing to $1800.00 worth of repairs my card was recently declined because “the bank has changed”. I have a card thru Synchrony and it is no longer accepted at my location (Atlantic City NJ). I was never notified of this until the repairs were done and I was picking up the car. Luckily for me I have another credit card I could use and I was able to get my car. But what if I didn’t have another way to pay? I would’ve been stranded and my car would’ve been held until I could pay. The staff at the Atlantic City location were very professional and understanding but this was situation was out of their control. I don’t know what I need to do moving forward. I have a Synchrony card which is good until 6/2025 but apparently I can’t use it. And I have not received any correspondence from Midas addressing the issue.

I was satisfied with the service because they told me exactly what they were doing and how much it would cost before working on it.

Came in for an exhaust leak but ended up needing a new muffler. The part was brought in within a half hour and I didn’t wait as long as I thought I would. Excellent service.

I made the appointment. When there was waited on right a way. Told what the estimate was and that someone would call me once it was inspected. They called verifying the problem and the price. I originally had my car towed to another mechanic but they were unable to fix it. ImI have been a customer of Midas in Atlantic City for years and trusted that they could find the problem and fix it. They did! Promptly and for a reasonable price as always.

The owner Jon has been wonderful - always takes my cars when I call and need service and is knowledgeable with whatever is going on ( I have three vehicles / two older Toyotas my kids drive and my 2017 Sienna) I trust him to tell me what each if the vehicles need done.

They did damage to my vehicle and I believe sabotage because the day after I brought my car home it broke down again. Main drive belt, it may have been cut. Thankfully it literally broke down one block away from another garage that I have used in the past and are better mechanics.

My van went into service and didnt expect the frustration that occurred after I got it back. First thing noticed was my airbag light on.So I called them up and went to the place.After I got there the mechanic admitted he broke a part on the steering column so they told me they will be looking for the part which its over two weeks and I am the only one calling them for the status which its good and I am driving my van with a disabled airbag that isn't safe and a horn that as working before .
