I visited Midas for my check engine light that had come up. The service was very fast and most importantly I was explained as to what is causing thebissue and was provided guidance on what I should be doing in case the alert came back. Extremely happy and satiwith the level of service provide by the front desk and the technical support.

The manager refuse in the beginning to do service it was part of the tires deal.Because I didn't show the proof of purchase.She called the location I bought the tires to talk with the manager in that location but she still refuse to do the service.She called twice that location.Finally she accepted just for suggestion of the other manager.I didn't know the same company she couldn't see my history on the system.Very disappointed.

The woman who scheduled my appointment and was at the desk was very nice and courteous. The service took 45 minutes only (which is great) and it wasn't loud, dirty or overcrowded. It's in a slightly tricky location just off of the highway, but other than that I was satisfied with my visit.

I took my car in to get a y pipe replaced.Tony told me over the phone if it?s the lower cost item it will be 200.00 if higher item 500.00 I said okay brought the car in waited and I was charged over 700.00 and the hour labor was jacked up when I was there

I made an appointment for an oil change and was greeted by my first name as I entered. The oil change included tire rotation. I was showed cracks and a bulge in the tires. It was recomended that get new tires that were on sale which I did.

Everybody was friendly and the manager was helpful with suggestions. Also the work was done alot faster than at a dealership.

9/10/2015 I came to Midas to change the engine oil. During the service I was offered to change the cabin filter. I refused because I can do it myself. The service technician put it back. When I drove home I began to hear a terrible noise from the cabin fan

Midas charges a lot for everything except oil changes. They always try to push for changes which are unnecessary. They even try to add profits on the parts they add. Simply they are not honest.
