I always trust them there. They do not try to up sell me like the dealer. For a while dealer oil changes were free so I would go there. Twice they told me that something was wrong. I went right to Tony and he say nothing was wrong. Even put it up on lift to show me there was no leak where they said there was one. Also if short on money would tell me what really had to be done and what could wait a little. Always very friendly and makes me feel comfortable to be there.

They told me after a thorough inspection that I need my Sway Bar Link Kit replaced but they did not know it was just replaced not too long ago. So, I was surprised with their assessment. In addition, I ended paying $708 for a synthetic oil change and rotors and brake pads replacement that I thought was a bit excessive. So, I check with Pepboys if they will charge more or same with same service but it surprisingly $200 cheaper and they inspected my sway bar links and assessed them as in good condition. So now tell me, are your techs doing their due diligence with telling customers an honest assessment? With this experience it made me think your giving your establishment a really bad rep and puts you @ risk of making people come back to do business with you. Overall, I dislike dishonesty in any business practices. I would definitely stay away going forward.
Was quoted $240 for Subaru 15” steel wheel. The OEM one from Subaru is $120 brand new and there are many aftermarket ones available for $70.
We were down the shore and my husband had to drive back 2.5 hours for a friend’s mother’s memorial service. He was going to go and come back to finish our vacation the same day. En route he was alerted that one of the tires was losing air. He called Tony and scheduled to bring the car in right after the memorial service. He explained the situation and that he needed to get back to us as soon as possible for our last day and so that we could pack up and leave our rental at check out. Tony took the car in immediately discovered there was a screw, patched it and had him back on the road within 30 minutes. This has always been the kind of service we have received from Tony and the staff at the Bridgewater Midas. We have been going there for almost 20 years and knew immediately who to call when my husband saw the tire issue.
I have been here multiple times, mostly for oil changes and tire rotations. Primarily dealt with Tony but also a female and am happy with communication re: car issues and completion of service. Really don't have any complaints about service. That parking lot can be a pain getting into and out of but what can you do :)
After I left there was a small rock that got into the brake assembly and created a terrible noise. I brought it back 2 days later and Tony ran through the inspection with an associate and found the problem and took care of it immediately with no charge. Great service.
I was traveling out of state and needed to make an 8-hour drive. Unfortunately, my company car that was given to me hadnt had service in a very long time. I called Midas and I believe the young woman's name was Betty. Apologies, if I am incorrect. She was awesome. I drove 30 minutes to get to her just because she assured me of a quick service. The facility had no air conditioning. I was told they haven’t had any since May. I feel it is terrible to make those guys work in those conditions.
Fix air conditioner and lower the prices ! Only recommend the two breaks needed repairing and return when front breaks needed work .

I only need a break pads witch only cost $200 Max!They ended up changing the disc as well for no reason! charging me almost $1500!!!!So insane!! I paid this people over 7 times the price that I needed to pay! I honestly think they are thieves because he offered me a coupon that in the end he did not apply it!
The job was done seemingly well. the price for the brake job itself was good BUT then there was an added fee; "Shop Fee" $72. When I pressed for an explanationI was told it was for things that couldn't be itemized like brake fluid an tools used. $72!!! Un exceptable. Time to look for a knew place I guess.

I was provided a quote for replacing my exhaust system for $2300. The price included a catalytic converter replacement. I sought out a second opinion with another shop. They quoted me a price of $419 and told me my catalytic converter was totally fine, and the only thing that needed to be replaced was a gasket and the muffler, I find it completely discouraging to be told. I needed an entire exhaust system when clearly, I only needed to replace the gaskets and a muffler. And, it’s important to note that I had purchased a muffler there at mitis and had a lifetime guarantee so my muffler was free. So I had to work actually been done by mitis. It would’ve been for two gaskets and a small section of pipe along with the free muffler.

I have a 1963 Cadillac that Tony had converted to a true dual exhaust system. The craftsmanship that was displayed on the installation was far above my expectations. He even went as far as painting the exhaust with high temp paint so I literally disappeared under the car. I couldn't be happier with the results and would definitely recommend bringing your car to Tony and the guys at Midas. Well done Tony and thank you!

I was told it would cost 122 dollars for synthetic oil. Next person who came in was told 79 dollars. This was after i waited just about an hour for an oil change. I was the only person there and one other car was being worked on. 15-20 minutes for an oil change everywhere else.
the pricing is OUTRAGOUS charging 2200 dollars to do some brakes is insane. you might can take advantage of some people that don't know cars but I'm not one of them. charged me 3 times the normal price for parts and charged 800 bucks for labor for something that takes 1-2 hours you should be ashamed of yourselves to be honest that's not right man.

i have been going to this midas for many years. Tony Gonzalez, the manager, always treats me nice and is a good guy.
Both Tony and Samantha were very helpful getting me checked in and started with an oil change that I initially came in for. The tire rotation was a bonus as I didn’t know this was included in the oil change service. During the tire rotation it was discovered that I needed new pads/rotors. Tony explained my option clearly and both he and Sam explained the financing option (6 mths interest free).
I have been going to Bridgewater Midas for years now. Try and the rest of the staff are awesome. Their work is top notch and their dedication is amazing. I recommend them to everyone.

The pricing of tires I was quoted $1200 for one set and $1500 for another two I went to another tire place and got my tires for $655 the same brand that they were offering at Midas
I don’t appreciate them telling me that they need to perform certain work on my car as opposed to asking me. Don’t tell me that windshield wipers and a cabin air filter and a tire balance can be added. How about you ask me what I think?

I've referred many people to Tony and Midas, and will continue to send more. It's difficult to find an honest mechanic, and for 23 years, this location has always been a solid shop.
Tony is the guy you hope to have in your corner to care for your vehicle. He is so highly knowledgable, relatable, personable, and most importantly in this industry - trustworthy. If anyone else told me my car needed about $3500 of work, I'd be highly skeptical of if I was being ripped off or not and how necessary that work actually is. With Tony, I trust him fully - and appreciate his making sure my car is in safe condition for me to drive my family around in heading into the winter. He always does his best to find discounts to offer when able and to just take care of us. Would it be nice to have a more swanky waiting room with luxuries? Sure... But if I had to choose between those extra luxuries but questionable service/costs or the opposite, I'd much prefer trust and integrity and great service. So I'm happy to have a totally fine, but less than luxurious waiting room in exchange for the great care and service.

I wasn't dissatisfied, just not highly satisfied. Was told be done by 1pm. Then I called at 1:20 to check on it, was told I needed another $2800 of work done. Told them I was selling the car, no more work required. Was it done? I was told yes. I went to get it 10 minutes later, it was still on the jack with two tires missing. Was it done or not? Waited another 150 minutes. I'm busy too.
I’ve been going to this Midas for years and wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else. I bought a new vehicle with a package so I was absent from Midas for 3 years. Once my package was done I definitely found my way back. The service, friendliness, and honestly here at Midas is like no other. They always take the time and sit down to explained to me what I need done and what can wait, if anything. Always a two thumbs up from me.
The newer Techs are not cutting it. I'm about 99% certain they clipped the lift and damaged my time, then charged me for it while leaving the time that I am having a problem with still untouched, despite notifying them 3 times. I know they didn't do the courtesy check properly since known items were marked Green. The new desk rep never talked to me about the service, and I don't know if the Service Engine light was addressed or just cleared.

Upon entering shop my tires were not low on air but leaving I got the message they were. Also a service code mysteriously appeared in after getting my car back with the service they wanted me to get…interesting.
Price seen a little high but I somewhat expected because of the material cost.However to replace a $200.00 radiator with labor total cost an additional $1200.00 was way off the charts so I refused to have this additional service performed.

The service was very fast and most importantly I was explained as to what is causing thebissue and was provided guidance on what I should be doing in case the alert came back. Extremely happy and satiwith the level of service provide by the front desk and the technical support.
The manager refuse in the beginning to do service it was part of the tires deal.Because I didn't show the proof of purchase.She called the location I bought the tires to talk with the manager in that location but she still refuse to do the service.She called twice that location.Finally she accepted just for suggestion of the other manager.I didn't know the same company she couldn't see my history on the system.Very disappointed.

I took my car in to get a y pipe replaced.Tony told me over the phone if it?s the lower cost item it will be 200.00 if higher item 500.00 I said okay brought the car in waited and I was charged over 700.00 and the hour labor was jacked up when I was there
I made an appointment for an oil change and was greeted by my first name as I entered. The oil change included tire rotation. I was showed cracks and a bulge in the tires. It was recomended that get new tires that were on sale which I did.

I have been here twice already for regular service for the two cars, 60K & 110K driven. I cant say enough praise for them, after the services cars felt like they came out of age and were really smooth.
