Mark at cherry hill location is literally the best mechanical technician we know. I get same same day service no matter what. My Prius has a metal bolt puncturing the tire and the check engine light was on. I called to make an appointment and brought it in right before they closed to leave it overnight. They checked me in right away and called me the next morning with an update about the issues. They were very thorough and told me what needed to be done right away and what I needed in the near future. We made a plan, they serviced the vehicle and I had it back later that day! I'm very happy with their service and will always bring my car to them!

Markus is amazing and always tells me what I need done and if it can wait. He is kind and courteous. They always seem to be able to squeeze me in last minute.

Very great service and reasonable price communication with all the process

The manager was very personable and polite. He stayed in communication with me as I waited for my car to be service. They performed service as quickly as possible on a busy Saturday, and provided me with recommendations for my next visit.

John, Marcus, Phil and the rest of the of the staff (I don't remember all the names) always provide great services to our vehicles. They gave honest recommendations and very transparent to our vehicles. They try their best to accommodate my car services especially a last-minute request. They take their time in explaining the car services that they provided. Great customer services. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was great until I noticed this morning 2/18/2023 the day after my visit my clip to my microphone was broken and nothing was even mentioned and it was positioned to look like it wasn’t broken. Why do you feel the need to reset my trip A and Trip B in my Jeep. I want this fixed my Midas.

Mark is the best. He is always there to guide me and listen to all of the funny noises that I make while explaining the problem. Most importantly, Mark is very personable and always gives me the best deal possible. He makes me smile and laugh.

I continually had things happening her the diagnostic piece. Spend so much time going back and forth to Midas until finally they located the problem they checked my car out so many times for free and when they found the problem it was still under warranty
