I came in for a synthetic blend oil change because I had a coupon for a synthetic blend oil change however, they ended up using full synthetic so I was not able to use my coupon but they applied a coupon for the full synthetic...I paid $10 more than planned, but with full synthetic I guess I will go longer before my next oil change. Associates were all VERY nice and explained to me what my car will need on the next visit, with NO PRESSURE to get it done now. I waited for my oil change and tire rotation and I was there maybe an hour max? They took my car right in when I arrived and the wait was not terrible. I appreciate that MIDAS offers coupons and price matching and I have never had an issue when bringing my car here for service. The only issue is their online appointment scheduling...I never got a confirmation of my requested appointment and I ended up having to call to confirm it.

I was told there was a tire rotation conpliamentary and i even asked for one prior and i got home and checked my tires and they were never rotated. It sucks because i tipped the man $20 cash. I was so happy with how nice and quick they were but that quickly faded by the time i realized they had not rotated my tires but they said they did. Can’t trust these stupid car places anymore. What a sad world we live in. I have 2 notches in my tires for this exact reason to tell if they’ve been worked on or not and they clearly weren’t. Sad sad
Saturday April 8th (Holy Saturday) my rental got a flat tire. 25 minutes before closing I show up, the nice gentleman at the front desk acknowledged me with a smile as I walked in and as he was with another customer. They quickly looked at my damaged tire that was unfixable and luckily they had 1 tire in stock that fit my rental. They installed the new tire and had my car out front and ready to go in no time. I had a very pleasant interaction with the nice man at the front desk and the 2 guys working there as well. They were very efficient, I was kept informed of everything as they worked on my car; it was a smooth transaction and great experience. I truly appreciated them being willing to help out a gal in distress right before closing; I would not have made my flight in Philly had it not been for their kindness and willingness to help me. I’m truly grateful for them.

I went to the midas location with a $24.99 coupon with free tire rotation and was not told that the price would be $86 including tax because this location Did not have the synthetic blend for my vehicle that was on the coupon. This should have been explained to me. I also asked for an estimate on exhaust work but never received the estimate. Poor customer service.

I spoke with Don over the phone about a quote on tires for two of my vehicles. I asked about price matching because another shop was a little cheaper and he had no problem price matching. I was able to make an appointment for when it was most convenient for me and putting on the new tires for two cars did not take long at all (I waited there during service).
