I have a longstanding relation with Midas. Because I returned from a stay abroad I wanted them to change oil and check what needed care. They did a fantastic job and only found a single item to be fixed. I left the car and picked it on the morrow without any loss of time. The price, as usual, was very reasonable and the friendship highly appreciated.

Great diagnosis, communication and speed of repair
Even though I had to bring the vehicle back in to be completed, I was not offered valet/concierge service. I had to pay public transportation each time I went back or left the car with Midas.
A piece of the bottom of the car was not attached properly causing damage and causing me to return to get it fixed. While they were wonderful about squeezing me in and adding a temp fix to it with a zip tie and bolt, 1. Compensation should've been offered for my time and missed meetings since I had to return home once I heard the scraping sound and 2. I still would like it replaced when the part becomes available at no cost to me. With that aside they Joe, Kerri, and Pete are wonderful and that's why I go to them

Stupid people, showed me a chemical test that I had a leak in my system and that is why it was overheating. It ended up been a clogged radiator and water pump. They cheated me putting the tube into the exhaust showing me a yellow color. Did not for all for it
