I just can’t understand why when k purchase tires they just mount them and do not put the required air PSI as required. Last 2 cars I brought there and got tires the never completed the job. Not satisfied as fas as that issue. Quality control would have a field day with this

i had an oil change and tires rotated. I have used this facility several times. I quickly discovered they overfilled the oil after checking the dipstick. after returning to facility, the service manager suggested I let the vehicle cool off and check the dipstick again. i went home waited an hour , rechecked, and the oil was still overfilled. I was told to return to Midas where they used ramps outside the garage to drain the oil and refill. The manager told me the oil was overfilled by approximately a half a quart. after returning home I checked the dipstick again, and the oil level was over the full mark again. This was the second time this facility overfilled the oil after changing the oil. there won't be a third.
Gino helped me get my AC working again and in this heat right now I really needed it. Plus the price was right!
We were told we needed $1200 of front end work and they had tightened some things.1) not a single bolt showed any evidence being touched based on the undisturbed layer or dirt covering what they alleged tightened.2) my son is a mechanic and looked at the work they said it need for $1200 and nothing is worn and needs replacing.You tried to rip my wife off for $1200. You have lost our business since you are scammers and I will certainly tell friends to stay away from you.

I came in for air conditioning service because my car was hot. Technicians diagnosed and after checking the coils and coolant and running the AC for several minutes they said everything was functioning appropriately. When I left, the air was cold and there was no charge. Great to experience an honest shop with qualified people. The service manager, Bobby, politely and professionally listened to my complaints about a part that Midas installed 2 years ago that failed prematurely. The part was past warranty. The mechanic isn’t responsible for a failed part. This was a part not related to the current problem the car had. It was discovered during the full vehicle inspection that was done as a courtesy. Bobby should be commended. Thanks for all those mechanics did.
Price was outrageously high, after I received the bill I call around and every place said they would do it for almost half the amount
He gave me an estimate for other work which he said needed to be done now and I took it to another mechanic who denied most of the items on the list. I got a muffler done for less than 1000.00 dollars when Midas expected 3000.00 dollars for the same work. Midas said I needed 4 ball joints replaced and he showed me that the wheel was moving; the other mechanic said it was no problem and that the wheel was tight. So I wonder if the difference in the evaluations where because I was an older female or if the do inaccurate estimates on everyone.
I came in to evaluate an intermittent fuel gauge and odometer. They said my insurance would not cover a repair. They only dud a visual diagnosis and then tried ti sell me frontcend work. I went to Firestone down the block and was told no front end work ie vall joints wee neede. Midas told me I was in dire peril if having an accident if I did not have this front end work done immediately.?then they charged me $200 for an estimate fir unnecessary repairs. Thus us fraud plain and simple. I want to be made whole and comipensated.

The environment of Midas was very clean. I was able to explain my problems with my vehicle to Gino and Joe. They were able to assess the problems and provide solutions for my vehicle. They even introduced me to their tech mechanic and personally showed me the areas of my vehicles problems. Everyone is very knowledgeable.

We have used this Midas location for years. The work is done quickly and parts are usually ready. This is value of Midas - fast and available. Price on the other hand is always higher than others around. We have already started taking our cards to another reputable show with prices that are 1/2 of Midas. Midas also notoriously upsells more work - stating that something is urgently needed, even when other shops say it can wait. Happy with the speed and quality of work, just tired of the upsells and $1000's over expected costs.

I made an appointment to bring my car in because I thought I had a flat tire. The day before I had to add a lot of air and saw a cut in my tire. When I came back I was told that they tire was ok and it was a superficial cut. They were honest with me and didn’t try to sell me a tire anyway. I am definitely coming back for when I do need a new tire.

When receiving my quote for the total price of tire purchase, installation and additional services, the website said an alignment was $99. After everything was done and I already paid, I realized I was charged $129.99.

If I go to get a leak fixed in my tire, it would be nice if it was filled with air upon completion. Instead I’m sent off with 24psi being told it’ll take a couple miles to reset and get the reading. Yeah. 20 miles of it not changing because it’s actually 24psi and I have to fill it with air.

I had the experience a few days ago of going to Midas for my car repair. I was greeted with court easy and friendliness the staff was knowledgeable and professional my car had to be in their shop for a few hours I was able to get a ride home but not back.
