This has been my preferred location for car servicing for almost 10 years. The staff has always been friendly and aim for complete customer satisfaction. John, Ralph and Anthony (the three reps I work with the most) are very knowledgeable and offer sound advice whenever I may have concerns.
I scheduled the appointment while the location was closed. I received a phone call first thing in the morning to confirm. The employees were helpful and straghtforward. I received a summary of the service as well as other information on my vehicle’s condition. My visit was quick and on time.
The ability to schedule the appointment online and have it confirmed was helpful. I dropped my car off early and they were able to bring it in immediately. The pricing for my oil change was high compared to another service provider that I bring it to. They gave me an estimate for additional services, the pricing was too high considering I can buy the parts on Amazon and install them myself. My vehicle was done quickly and I am satisfied with that.

Made appointment at 2.30 for oil change. Finished at 4 pm. I was there on time at 2.20pm. Everything else was really fine. I was hoping to get it done by 45 or 60 minutes. That was the reason for making appointment.

I have been bringing my car to this location for many years. It is conveniently located near my home. I am able to use the drop off service and walk back to my house. Both John and Ralph have been very open and honest with what needs to be done when I bring my car in for service. I trust that they are recommending what is best for keeping my car in working order. They explain, clearly what needs to be done and never do anything without my authorization. I will continue to use their as long as I own any car.

I was confused as to why you can only put the current mileage and not the mileage reached before needing another oil change. Also the price was 2,600 for the service the technician said I needed from the check they ran.

I came in with a car in need of repair. I was away from home visiting relatives, which is the ONLY reason I said it is unlikely I'd go back there. The work was done the same day, with good communication. Considering it is an old car, it is even more impressive that it was repaired the same day. Ralph was very easy to work with.The only disappointment was that I tried to schedule on line, but did not get a call back about the appointment. I made an appointment online to check my brakes.While waiting for my car I was never notified that I would be charged $37 inspection fee.
I was supposed to receive a tire rotation and didn't get one. They told me i need new tires and i said i would take care of that another time but still wanted the tires rotated...I asked for a discount because they didn't do the rotation and I was told no it's a courtesy.
I was especially Impressed with the customer service care I received from John at the front desk. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The car repair under his watch was excellent. Because of him, I'd recommend all my friends try Midas.

It took a long time to get oil change. I stepped away from the shop. When I returned they hadn't completed oil change. The wanted to discuss cabin air filter needed to be changed. I stayed they should have called me on my cell to discuss instead of waiting for me to return. I was there over an hour.

They took my oil out but didn’t replace it I drove my car the next day and my car shut off and I could go to work and I was 10 mins away from work I had to call the store and they had my car toll back to their store where they had to put oil in my car I hate this place and I want the money for me loosing a days pay I left my house from 6 am to get to work by 7 and never got their because of the bad work they did I need to be compensate for the ruff day and no work
