I went for an oil change & I knew I needed spark plugs. Since my wife drives the Chevy Cobalt more than I do, I wasn't aware of all the other parts that needed work. I was surprised by how much had to be done & wasn't prepared for such a large bill. I don't think the extra $49.99 "Shop Fee" is fair, since my bill was over $1,200.
Midas price was quoted as available for $34.99. When I got to the store I was told your price is $91 as that type of oil we don’t have and yet it is available and I paid $64.99 and not $91 for the same type of oil change at a competitor
Oil filter was not available. Was not told until I asked after waiting for 90mins.
Working with the manager Kadir is always a pleasure. I bring all my vehicles to this Midas bypassing shops that are closer just to have Kadir work on them. I trust that I’m given an accurate description of the problem and a fair price. I’ve also recommended this location to my other colleagues who are currently experiencing issues with their vehicle that others haven’t been able to resolve. Once they bring it I know they will have the same consistent level of service as I have.

I used the bathroom there and the toilet seat was dirty. The technician found an oil leak but did not offer to show it to me on my vehicle. I visited another Midas location where they showed me where the issue was on the car.

I have been coming to this service location with the various vehicles in my household, because I feel I am treated honestly and clearly. The pricing is reasonable, and the experience is convenient. Drop off the car, it gets serviced, I am called if there is an issue, and I pick it up when it is done.The people are very decent.
Hire honest personnel, and not hire a manager that's intent on making money at all costs and not lieing about a fix that could've saved the customer money.
I’m a senior citizen female, and not car savvy. My engine light came on for tire pressure a few times, even after I filled the air. I knew I had a problem. I called them, they said come right over. I needed 4 new tires and they gave me the special, buy 3 get one free. They had my vehicle ready in promptly. I learned they do a lot of services so now I an happy to know that I can come to Midas as opposed to the dealership which I always felt I paid too much. I’m extremely grateful. Juan and Kedar were very helpful and accommodating.

I came in to get my tire fixed because I had a nail in the tire…I was told it couldn’t be fixed and I’d need a new tire. Funny thing is I was able to get it fixed elsewhere. The tire estimate I got was over inflated even the dealership gave me a better price.

I came in to have 4 brakes done. That was done well. It was recommended that I needed 4 new tires. When i got the report on pick up, the report said my tires were fine at 6/32. Trying to sell me $1000 worth of tires when I did not need them is a disgustingly greedy and manipulative practice. I will never be back
Midas didn't properly align with insurance to work out all the details. The bills were completely different and didn't match up.
Front end personnel were very professional and service was quick and easy.
Service tech forgot to put the oil cap back on the engine and oil sprayed all over the engine, firewall and interior of engine compartment. Had to return so the tech could replace oil and was given a free oil change for return visit. Didn’t completely clean the car.
This most recent visit was just fine. However, this was the 4th visit over the last 3 years (3 visits since last fall) to work on my exhaust system. Hopefully, this time is the charm. The Tahoe is quite an old vehicle, so it has taken a lot of work, and some trial and error.
Scheduling an appointment online is not effective. It is not confirmed until Midas verifies and confirms it. But no communication after that. I was left in limbo. I have to call the next day to set up another appointment. Also, your waiting room needs some renovation.
They don't treat your vehicle same as you do

While the responses to my questions have been ddirect and iformative, I do not feel I have beeen pushed to have unneeded work done. My family has been going to Midas of Paramus for approximately 15 years. I find them trustworthy, reliable and fair. they speak to me in terms that I understand when it comes to auto technology. They are always pleasant.
The reps were great and professional. The problem I had on my oil change was that the cap was left off the engine and we did not realize this until about five hours later. The reps took care of cleaning up the oil on the engine hopefully there was no damage to the engine but now I’m left with a giant oil puddle in the middle of my driveway

Brought my Escalade for a brake light that came on. Midas had done my brakes before so I wanted them to check them . Shawn had mechanic check the brakes and told me pads were all good but a float in the master cylinder was stuck. The light went out. 2 days

I had a brake and fuel leaks that needed to be fixed. They fixed it but they charged me more than it should have been. Over a $100 more. They also wanted to convince me to change my rotors and front brakes. I had them replaced last year, so no I wasn't going to fall for it. I'm glad they fixed the problem but they are way too expensive. They also put the incorrect mileage on my car! I really have 58,861 miles on my car.
My daughter had the work done. I knew I needed Front brakes & Rotors 53,000 miles but not sure about rear only had 21,000 miles. no way to check after the fact. Got 2nd opinion on the quality of the work and the material it passed with flying colors

The service was very good as usual.
Installed a new starter with 2 year warranty. Got brake pads and rotor drums replaced. Midas is really really expensive they charged me $700 to replace my starter ( part labor ).
I am completely satisfied with the service provided by the professional and courteous staff. I intend to bring my 19*year old car there in the future for all servicing needs and would highly recommend this location to my friends.
