They fail to rotate my tires as what was promised as complimentary with the oil change that I had purchased.
Both staff members the mechanic and front desk was amazing.
The staff was very friendly. I was told I would get a call after they looked at it. I dropped it off at 11:30 and got an email at 12:15 saying there was a nail in my tire, I did not check my email as I was waiting for a call so I didn’t see it until 1:00. I did get a call saying it was finished.
The staff was extremely professional. They corrected the problem and went above and beyond to satisfy my inconvenience. They were fantastic!

I was lied to multiple times about how I did not need a tire rotation just to find out they could not rotate the tires due to lack of space… the fact they couldn’t do it was no problem but they could have just said that right off the bat. I spoke with the manager about my check engine light and oil light that came on right after the visit and he was extremely rude and told me I broke a part on my car then brought it in to blame them for it to try to get it fixed for free… at NO point did I mention a single thing about being reimbursed or having them fix it for free. I only voiced to him that it seemed likely one of his mechanics may have made a mistake while conducting the oil change

I called about tires. However they were not in stock. Had to wait for them to be delivered.
The guy when I dropped my car off, told me it would be about an hour, so I decided to leave the car and come back later. He told me he would give me a call to let me know when it was complete. After 2 hours I didn't get a call, so I called and the guy told me it had been completed and was waiting to be picked up. I understand they are busy, but a quick call to let me know would have been appreciated, as it was Saturday and I was needing my car back. When I dropped the car off, I had to give the guy my details 3-4 times, he asked me what my car was more than once, then even after I told him, said the wrong make and model. He was the guy with the tattoos. In complete contrast, when picking the car up, the guy was outstanding. Fantastic customer service, great engagement and really friendly. (I believe he is the manager, I've dealt with him before) I do not know his name, but I know him as the chicken sandwich guy. He was great to deal with.
When arriving for scheduled appointment, don’t tell customer we are backed up and you need to wait 4 hours because Midas made a mistake in it’s scheduling.
The guys here are reliable, respectful and provide excellent service which is why, I’ve been a 10 year customer!
I need my vehicle for work, and it was easy to make an appointment that I could work with. I was promptly called when finished. They let me know of some problem areas that should be looked at soon.

The overall time it took to replace 4 tires. Took the technician almost 4 hours & even the other employee commented that it should not have taken that long.
The drop box was not present. I left an envelope with my keys and car information (in the drop slot), but clerk did not initally find it. Also got a call a day after the service asking if I was going to bring my car in for service. Obviously they were mistaken.

Ordered wrong parts took 7 hrs to finish not convinced they actually completed all the work as I have to go back and have tires rotated … which they did not do even after I asked if they had so have no confidence that all the other work was complete
Manager totally unfriendly. I used this place many time and they always brought me back to my house after dropping my car. Manager was reluctaned to bring me home.I am not even sure they rotated my tires as per agreement but will not hold them on it. Will not go back to that location again.

How about a logical estimate process? Was quoted 4K of work. Paid 89 dollars to have them give me car back, with a printout of everything they said needed to be done. Estimate was over 4 thousand dollars. Got the exact same work done for 1/8 the price.

The associates at the desk were so personable and tried to make my Oil Change experience simple and clear. I made an appointment with corporate office ( on line) and unfortunately this info does not necessarily coincide with the availability for service at the shop! So even tho I made a 9:30 AM appointment on line, they actually could not service my car to 11 AM. I find fault with communication from corporate to the service center. I showed up at 8am, opening time at this location, without an appt, prepared to wait. I was in and out in less than 1 1/2 hr which I was extremely happy about.
Wry helpful and friendly staff. Very accommodating to my unique situation. The car repairs exceeded the value so we needed to keep it on site until we found someone to buy/ haul it away. All the staff were very understanding and patient with the situation.
Oil change was fine but the pricing for brake pad/rotor change and brake fluid change was more than market price, so I went to a separate place for those.

Had oil change and courtesy check and they said my battery was bad and valve cover was leaking badly. The battery was 6 months old and the amount of oil left on top of valve cover was huge. I had battery rechecked and it was good and oil cleaned off valve cover with not one drop leaking. 100% rip off
My situation was a difficult diagnosis and repair. Kendra Hall the manager would not give up until he found and solved the issue. He fully explained each step and showed me what needed to be done.
Service technicians were very polite and efficient. I had an emergency and they took me in and took care of my vehicle. Mechanic took care of my vehicle and showed me what happened to my tire. Always great service at this location when I used to take my car there in the past.
