From scheduling to pickup my experience was delightful. i took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation.i was given a call when the service was completed and also recieved recommendations on what additional service would be needed in the near future. i was offered for those services to be completed at that time but I decided i would bring it back since i had another appointment and needed to use my car. The service manager gave me a estimate on what the additional services would cost and plan on scheduling the additional services in the next 2 weeks. Made an appointment to get my oil change the same day. arrived at the time appointment was made and vehicle was taken in and serviced at the same time I arrived. My vehicle was returned to me in 25 minutes. The waiting room was clean and I was watching television while I waited.

When I dropped off my vehicle, they took it right in for inspection. While I was waiting for my ride, they showed me the Warren parts and others that they recommended. We changed in the future and gave me pricing for both options. they told me my vehicle would be ready approximately 1 PM. They called and notified me about 45 minutes earlier and said my vehicle is ready for pick up.
The check engine light came on when I was driving home on the GSP. Brought my vehicle for service. To my delight, it was a minor problem that was handled in a timely manner. And the charges were very competitive.

Wanted to charge me $900 to replace two rear shackles on a Ford ranger. I went over to Meineke mufflers and they charge me $350! And they were very friendly and did a couple extra things for free without me even asking. It's a shame that Midas was a nice store now it's terrible. Also on the sheet they told me my coolant was low and didn't even fill it you guys are so cheap!

I went in to plug one tire on a 2021 Lexus and the service tech said it’s unfixable. Then tried to sell me 4 brand new tires!!! What a scam. I then asked him to put on the spare tire for now and he changed me 50 bucks! I left and went somewhere else and they plugged my tire with no issues and barely charged me for it. What a scam!!!

Aware that I needed brakes, I feel I may have been only presented with the most expensive option, when lesser options may have been available…ie: a less expensive brake pad. I also wasn’t sure that I would have changed my rotors as I feel they were not in total need of replacement. All employee’s were very helpful and polite, but it is after all a business, and I believe I may have gotten service and quality pads I may not have actually opted for, if there was a lesser quality (less expensive) option available.

I have not been to this location in a very long time. I must say, Michael, one of the Team members, was friendly, polite, engaging and professional. When it was decided what needed to be done, I met the Peter, part of the Technical team, who explained, in detail, what was needed to be done. He gave me options, as well as advice. He was friendly, and totally professional. I cannot tell you how these two Team members made my experience worth returning. I always "thought" Midas was the place for mufflers. Michael, although somewhat amuses, explained that Midas is a FULL service center. Please let them know how much their professionalism, and friendly manner, made a non-technical person feel empowered.

They did check my filters and I was satisfied that I needed a filter change which I did purchase.Although I had to wait with my car they were very truthful to tell me it could be 2-3 hours.
