I tried Midas because the advertisement stated tire rotation comes with oil change, the mechanic said he couldn't get the lug nuts off they were swollen, never heard that but he did say that one was cross thresded, and wasn't able to get it off, the workers were very nice and curtious and friendly, I thought they should have been able to get the tires rotatedBill Borda 215-783 5033 [email protected]
The staff (Jennifer) did a great job keeping me updated and explaining to me the recommendations. The people installing the tires and brakes came in and gave some good advice and observations.

My overall experience was great from start to finish. They were the only place that took my car in on the same day/ short notice. No one likes having to go to get their car fixed, but I was honestly surprised with my experience. My car has never driven better and I am so grateful I was able to get a last minute appointment. For someone who works full time and relies on their car for a long commute, I was very pleased with how fast and efficient they were.

Jennifer Chase helped me when NJ was in a state of emergency due to a significant snowstorm. The roads from my house to this location were basically a sheet of ice and I drive a tuned v8 with RWD. Despite the storm, both managers were very pleasant and helpful. I was there to change from my summer wheels to my winter wheels with snow tires. I really appreciated the care they took in putting my dirty wet wheels into my backseat so that my suede/leather interior wasn’t ruined. I’m not sure if this is the closest location to my house, but I plan on returning to this location for all my tire service.
I’m a big fan of good customer service and both Jen and Forrest provided that. They were very pleasant and made me feel comfortable during my visit.

Well because if I'm making an appointment I expect my appointment to start at my appointment time or close to that time. I even fell asleep and woke back up and my car was still not up being serviced yet and when I said something the front desk person had an attitude about it and was like why would he told you we were behind don't act like I didn't tell you already. I understand you told me already I fell asleep I just woke back up I wasn't even sure of the time I had a long day at work probably like you have but nobody deserves to get snapped at.

I went to Just Tires with my problem before I visited Midas, as I do have a Goodyear credit card with them. They gave me Price, which I knew was going to be high, for what I needed, plus the manager there was very uninterested in my problem with my car, he let me leave without an explanation why, I was leaving. So I went to Midas down the road, and received excellent response to my problem, with the manager Mike, he helped with the financing problem, and explained the pricing, and came in $600 cheaper than Just tires Thank you again
Easy to deal with, friendly atmosphere, Mike is a gem. Takes the time to discuss everything , really helped me out the first time I was there for an exhaust job. Will be my go to from now on.

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for $29.99 for a synthetic blend oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to please rotate the tires as it is been 9000 miles since they have been rotated. I made note of which tire was where on the car because when I brought my car to this location in June and asked for the same thing and it was not performed. When I came back to get my car, I noticed the tires were not rotated. When I checked out, I asked if the tires have been rotated, and he said yes. I then told him no they were not. I told him that I specifically asked that they be rotated. He looked at the paperwork and said all the tread depth were equal so they don’t rotate. I told him the coupon says oil change and tire rotation. It doesn’t say if we think it’s necessary. So this is the second time this is happened and it makes me question whether I even got an oil change. Two times I paid for a service and did not get it. Now I have to take my car somewhere else and pay to have them rotate the tires. This is unacceptable and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for you to do what you say you’re going to do.

Charge quoted price instead of saying you made mistake and it will now be double the quoted price! I tried to opt out of service but told it was too late bc it was already started with original quote price so now I have to pay double amount of new price!
Have the person /people explain the difference between services and not take advantage of the customer. I clearly explained I wanted the $30 oil change with the free tire rotation. The man asked what kind of oil. I didn’t know the difference between oils and apparently the oil I said was $90. This was clearly a miscommunication and I’m highly disappointed.
I had a 3:00 appointment and my car went in at 3:45. I was there until 5:00 PM.Check out process was long. Had to wait 15 minutes to get checked out.

All of the associates I have interacted with have been great and no one has treated me differently because I am a woman. That alone means a lot. Mike has been great helping me get my car fixed from the damage that AAMCO inflicted on my car. He has been up front about everything from the work being done to the cost. I highly recommend Midas if you want exceptional service and thorough work done.

Informative customer service and I was able to work in one of the back rooms while I waited for 3 hrs. I was able to plug my computer and do some business work since I came from out of town to take care of my daughter's car.
They were professional and courteous. They scheduled my appointment the first time that I called and ensured that I was taken care of quickly.
Midas made us feel that our vehicle was just as important to them as it is to us. We left feeling that our vehicle was in good hands. We completely trust Midas when servicing our vehicle.

They always pinpoint any issues my car has and get it repaired quickly properly and with reasonable prices. The repair men show you what wrong and what needs to be done to fix any issues.

Store manager, Anthony greeted me upon my arrival and was pleasant to talk with. While I waited for my car I watched the interactions between Anthony and his employees and was impressed by the respect and professionalism that the manager and workers exhibited. I will definitely return.
the manager was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure my vehical was fixed. The problem was the parts venders. They delivered the wrong parts several times. But the manager rectified the problem right away. The issue with the parts caused a 2 hour job to take 2 full days and me missing work. It wasnt the managers fault or midas. I was happy it was fixed correctly and the mechanic and the manager went above and beyond to help me.

Manager John Mazzola, was very friendly and helpful, explaining my muffler problem and showed me the problem. Also explained to me why my check engine light was on, which I returned the next day to fix.
The manager was able to schedule me a same day appointment, was very nice and communicated very well, was able to complete extra repairs that my vehicle needed in the same day, and had someone give me a ride home so I did not have to wait with my infant son while the extra repairs were being done.

I was incredibly satisfied with my experience. John was the man behind the desk processing everything for me and he was just excellent. He fit me into the schedule at the last minute(I only called him the night before I went to the store) and he had me in and out of there in 45 minutes as well as explaining pricing and what was going on with my vehicle the whole time I was there. He was a very likable and trustworthy service associate and very deserving of this rave review. I don’t know the name of the gentlemen who worked on my car but I could see from the waiting room that he took care to do a good job on my vehicle. Overall I was quite happy with everything. Forest rep from Midas was very knowledgeable, he gave very good tips and also helped me understand the need for the future service. It was a good experience from start to finish
I dropped off my vehicle because there was a loss of power. Aswell as it throwing codes for p0031 p0037 p0132. The gentleman told me I would need essentially an entire new exhaust as well as o2 sensors. I did as he said. Paid 1800 dollars and when I picked up my truck. There was a loud grinding and squealing. A noise that the truck didn’t make before I brought it here. He came out looked at the engine for 5 minutes and made a quote for a new ac compressor within 5 minutes. I’m unsure as to how this issue magically appeared. I couldn’t afford to do the repair so he told me if I wanted to drive it it would be safe but recommended I do not use the a/c. I have followed those instructions so far. Now I get almost back to my house after he “fixed my truck” and it loses all power again. I check the codes and it is still throwing the same three codes. I spent 1800 dollars for my truck to not even be fixed. Just some new shiny parts snapped onto it

I had an app't for an oil change. There was a dispute with the cost of the service. The associate told me that what I was telling him couldn't possibly be correct. He looked at my previous app'ts and was puzzled. After consulting with the boss, he agreed that what I had told him was true. The issue was resolved in my favor. That was nice, but I didn't appreciate the initial suggestion that I was lying. I waited for about 1 hr & wanted to ask what was taking so long but no one was at the counter. A few min. later he came in & said both air filters needed replaced. I agreed & asked him how much longer I'd be waiting. He told me they would have to order 1 of them but they were also still waiting for my oil filter which they ALSO did not have in stock! I should have been contacted about that or at the very least have been told when I checked in so I could decide to either wait, leave my car & come back later, or reschedule. Having made an app't, I expected to be in & out within 1/2 hr. As it turned out, I waited for a simple oil change for nearly 2hrs. This is not acceptable.

1) Car dropped off at 7:30. Work promised to be complete at noon. At 1 pm work still not done. had to leave and return the 3 days later due to tire not being in stock2) Tire placed on vehicle was a snow tire. The work was done in spring. Customer was not informed a snow tire would be placed on vehicle.

I called Harry in the morning. He was able to fit us in very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Better communication. Techs said they were on my vehicle when they didn’t and my vehicle stayed in the same place I parked it. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle no one was there at the counter but they said they were backed up and basically it seemed only one person was working while everyone else was just watching and smoking.

I had a flat tire and first went to another place to try and get it plugged. They had me wait over three hours and had to close. I came here they fixed it in half hour and after hearing my story gave me break. True friendly neighborhood business.

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. After my car sat in the bay for an hour, i asked if they had drained the oil yet. At that point they started to work on my car and the manager said they would apply a coupon to my bill. The sign outside said that a synthetic oil change was $49.99, nothing about a coupon, I though this would reduce my bill by $20.00 for the long wait. My bill was $58.00. My oil change at Midas was very pleasant! The customer service was great and the waiting area was comfortable as well, with complimentary coffee, tea and snacks. I was even given the remote to the television to watch some Netflix.
