Manny was great with helping me stay within my price limit for all of the repairs for my car, helped me with discounts. He also offered me a snack since I was there for a few hours getting a lot of work done on my car. New brake pads and rotors all around, new flex pipe, calve gasket replaced, coolant and steering fluid flushed and added. The mechanic that worked on my car also showed me that my rear shocks need to be replaced, but that's for another time

Communication needs to be improved. As part of my service my tires were supposed to be rotated and that wasn't done. When I questioned it after I left, they stated it wasn't done because they didn't need it, which was not communicated before I left. I called & they put notes in my account that they owe me a free tire rotation

I scheduled my appt online. My vehicle was taken shortly after I arrived & inspected thoroughly. I was informed of the service & parts I needed for the exhaust issue, Manny, the manager, was able to find me some coupons on their website, the price was decent for that type of service and the work was completed quickly. Do not do fraud in pricing of tires . I come to know $35 less per tire later after Midas visit and so I am in loss of $100 min and they are not showing exactly how they are changing oil.

They were able to accommodate an early drop off of the vehicle the day before the appointment. When they called me, they explained the details thoroughly and broke down pricing for each service and gave options on what I definitely needed to do and what can wait for a later date since I was on a budget. Within 3 hours of the call my car was complete. I picked up my vehicle and it’s running great. As a woman, I didn’t feel hustled or made to feel unknowing about the issues of my car.
From the call to schedule my appointment throughout the service the guys operated with a professional & friendly disposition in Woodbridge. They checked my car & showed me addl repair/service recommendations. I used to go to Edison & Bridgewater but the service has declined. I had an appointment the day prior in N. Brunswick but didn't feel welcomed & felt the cost was excessive so I canceled my appointment there. I'd definitely go back to the Woodbridge location for service.
I HAD TO WAIT 2 HOUR for oil change and they put conventional oil (5w-20) INSTEAD OF Synthetic Blend (5w-30) which my Lincoln takes. They insist that they put synthetic blend even if the bill says 5.7 qt of CONVENTIONAL oil(5W-20).

I have been charged about 10 dollars extra for some kind of entertainment fees. I never heard about it before. Other oil change companies only charges for taxes. I never go there.
